Llandudno Museum is really well worth a visit. Considering they ae a small
museum their temporary exhibition section is really great. There was an
exhibition about the Victorian mines when I was there. It is finishing at
the end of May, and I was lucky to see it. And I was amazed that such a
small place was actully using QR codes on their temporary displays - that is
really great. They are just putting their summer exhibition together at the
moment which will have a maritime theme. The have some photos and items from
Fifth Officer Harold Lowe of the Titanic on display now, even an item that
was on the Titanic - wow! They are adding to it all the time. They are going
have a display about the Lifeboat, the piers and apparently there was an old
pier, which someone has just surveyed. I will be back in Llandudno later in
the summer so glad to be able to see this one when its finished.
