Just got back from 2 nights at this very good B&B. It was clean & comfortable, breakfast was very tasty and hosts welcoming. In a great location close to both the great orme and the shops & restaurants. Pub across the road is nice for a quiet drink. All in all a fabulous experience for the money. One tip arrive early if you want a space in the car park.

We stayed at the Lynton House for two nights in late July and enjoyed everything about this property. The location is perfect for seeing North Wales and the staff was so welcoming, especially Sheridan who greeted us like we were family. Our room was spotless and the king sized bed a real treat. We had a great room on the second floor right above the dining room facing the street and we kept our windows open the entire time we were there. The seagulls were loud so take earplugs, it is by the sea after all:) All in all a complete delight. We highly recommend this inn.

We visited here mid August, taking my partner's 83 year old father away for the weekend. Lynton House lived up to our expectations from the moments we arrived. Mark & Sheridan run a fabulous place here and can not do enough to ensure your stay is like a home from home. They have a well stocked honesty bar that you can use if you fancy a drink on an evening & all you do is list what you have taken and they bill you when you book out. The location is great and for anyone that enjoys seafood there is a lovely restaurant on the opposite side of the road

The rooms were clean and tidy and the bed nice and comfortable. They even supply earplugs in case the seagulls wake you with that seaside chatter!

We will certainly be returning and would recommend Lynton House to anyone thinking of staying in Llandudno.

Very well located for the pier, prom, tram, Orme, shops and restaurants. A smart exterior and a warm welcome awaited us, and a clean and a comfortable room with seating and a jacuzzi bath inside. The room was smallish on the 2nd floor (stairs) but with plenty of storage and an interesting hillside view. Quality, tasteful decor, everything working and very well maintained. A good lounge area with an honesty bar gave space to relax in comfort. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Mark booked us complimentary tickets for the last night of an an excellent show at the Town Hall and we took Sheridan's advice on local eateries, again first class. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked, tasty and nicely presented, with a menu choice. A delightful mid-week break.

We stayed here two years ago with a 90-year-old in tow, and we loved it. So when holidaying in North Wales again, we just had to go back - this time just the two of us. We had an even better room than we had last time, with a large, very comfortable bed - but with the small criticism being that the en-suite shower room was a bit cramped. This is not bad enough to dock a point though... and everything else about the stay was, once again, as good as it gets. Thanks once again Mark and Sheridan!

Room Tip: Talk to Sheridan or Mark if you need a room with a bigger bed. They will do all they can to accommod...

My Husband and I along with my parents stayed at Lynton House for 3 nights at the end of our 9 day tour of Wales (Sept 17/13) and we wish we were still there. The accommodations are beautiful and very clean. Mark and Sheridan a big thank you again to you both. You are wonderful hosts and made our stay that much better. Great location, great food, 5 star accommodations and home like atmosphere. We will definitely come back some day.
