“Delightful mixture of old and new”
Reviewed 11 July 2014

A fascinating street which seems to stretch for ever. A mixture of high street chain stores and independent shops sprinkled liberally with coffee shops, eateries and ice cream shops. A wide and spacious street with plenty of seats for weary feet and bored husbands!! Make sure you venture onto Upper Mostyn St where you will find a super handbag and trendy walking stick shop! Also try the far end, past M&S where the tiny craft/gift shops dominate. There is also a lovely shopping arcade where you can enjoy retail therapy without worrying about the weather.

“Nice shopping area well maintained”
Reviewed 11 July 2014

This shopping area has every thing you looking for , and the sea front is two minutes round the corner, most of the brands we can find at home if we want them.
Great selection of eateries as well, and the whole area is well maintained.

“Popular but tired”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

This culture obviously appeals to many but not to me I am afraid. I am not a Karaoke fan and the shops are limited in variety. I didn't feel in Wales when in Mostyn Street.

“Wow”

I wish that the main street in my town was as bury as this street is, everyday, too. I have not seen so many eager shoppers in a town centre for a long time.
