My wife and daughter had already spent 7 days at this wonderful B&B and I joined them this weekend. The business is run by Mary and Bernie a fantastic couple who make you feel very welcome. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very clean.I echo the points about proper power showers , so many places i have stopped at have very poor bathrooms, Abbey's are the opposite.

Breakfast has something for everyone with fresh fruit , cereals and juice. The full breakfast is well cooked and plentiful setting you up for the day.

The B&B has parking and is situated close to both North and West Shore beaches .

We cannot recommend this five star B&B highly enough

We Stayed at this Hotel for 5 nights, & we had one of our most enjoyable stays we've had in a long while. Mary & Bernie; the owners; are lovely people, making you feel very Welcome, with a lovely Hotel, in which you feel a calm and homely atmosphere immediately you walk in it. Rooms are great size, with comfy beds and good size bathrooms. Full Welsh Breakfast lovely too, and extra Fresh Tea & Toast is always available. The Hotel is in a great location, within a very short walk to the town but without being right in the middle of it, and having all the hustle & bustle that goes with it. I found the location very helpful myself, as i cannot walk far distances. Parking is always available in the hotels off road car park too. A highly recommended Hotel. We visit Llandudno regularly and will be staying at Abbey House again.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my 3 yr old son and Mary is the most welcoming. Gorgeous rooms, large bathrooms with proper powerful showers. Located better than I expected for both beaches, town and getting about. Great breakfast. Very good with my little boy. Felt like I knew Mary. Would definately stay here longer next time and the price is a real bargain for a 5 star. Saw a rough 2 star charging the same. If you haven't stayed here you need to.

I randomly picked a town on the north coast of Wales. Llandudno is a charming seaside town. Abbey House is short walking distance to the town center, beaches and the tram. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is superb, made to order, and there is on-site parking. Highly recommend staying here!

We arrived in this B&B, while searching to spend the night in the area (there was a special event in Conwy and we couldn't find a place to stay), and this B&B was a gem!
Owner driven (Mary). Charming and clean en-suite bedrooms for a real good price. Everything looks almost new and with style.
The property is a few blocks away from the beach and they have a free parking.
Lladudno is worth a visit and only few kms from Conwy castle and attractions.
I'm sure is a great B&B to stay for several days (if you have the time...), you won't get dissapointed.
