My partner booked this hotel as a birthday treat for me and we took along two of the grandkids aged 7 and 8. We paid a little extra for a premier family room with a sea view and we were not disappointed. The kids loved the room and the view, the beds were comfortable and the other facilities were more than adequate. We hadn’t realised it was a 60s weekend but, being a fan of 60s music I was quite happy and I was pleasantly surprised how much the kids enjoyed they were dancing and joining in very night. The entertainments manager was good at his job and we were happy to stay in the hotel each night. The standard and choice of food was excellent and the meal times were convenient. All in all a very enjoyable weekend. My only criticism parts of the hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint inside and out.
