This was a last minute booking and we decided to have a week away in North Wales. Apprehensive on where to book we used Trip Advisor to limit our options. The reviews were spot on and this B&B is every bit as others have described. This is a great B&B for families and the children will love it. We had a superior family room with a comfy double bed and the kids had a bunk, it was ideal for them. The room is well presented, clean, furnished with quality furniture and there is more than adequate complimentary items to keep you stocked up. Every morning we had a great breakfast and there were choices of breakfast cereals, fresh fruits, drinks (hot & cold) yogurts and a fry up to your liking. The hosts Anne & Dave had done everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable as possible and they are also a great source of information for things to do. Our stay was a great experience and we would recommend this B&B to anyone.

On staying in Llandudno for 4 nights i was fortunate to find the ideal guest house with some help
from travel agencies. Ashlawn House deserves the highest rating because it does everything possible to make their guests comfortable and fully enjoy their stay. The hosts are so friendly and
welcoming and provide excellent facilities and their breakfasts are second to none. Good value .
An example of their helpful and caring manner was when a delightful young family from the Far East, who had been staying at the guest house, broke down with their car needing a new battery;
with no hesitation one of owners took the head of the family to a local garage in his car to help make the purchase and get their car moving again! My stay was a most enjoyable experience.

On the spur of the moment we decided last Saturday to come to Llandudno my partner and I. After a look on tripadvisor, always a good start, we found Ashlawn House, good reviews and a vacancy.
While packing a case my partners back went so the travelling there was a nightmare, very painful, so it did spoil our holiday.
Having said that, Ann and David who keep Ashlawn House are two of the kindest people we have ever met, bending over backwards to make our stay pleasant.
I can only repeat the excellent reviews, the rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable and Davids breakfast was perfect.
I would recommend this Guest house and we hope to be going back later in the year.
Thanks again you lovely people.

We have now stayed here twice and it just gets better and better. The rooms are tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean with very nice cushions and accent pieces which show a lot of thought. The beds are super comfy with lovely quality linen and towels. All of the complimentary items are very good quality and generously stocked. The breakfast is top class! Local produce, branded cereals (no cheap alternatives), a great choice of fruit and yoghurts with the main event all freshly cooked with care and attention. Again, the linens are all lovely quality with proper napkins and the dining room is a bright and cheerful place to start your day in the company of Anne and David who are the most generous and caring hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble. The hard work which must go on behind the scenes, shows in all the little details of this exemplary B&B. We are going again in June. Can't wait.

Room Tip: Stayed in room 2. Double plus single with lots of space and light. All rooms seem well thought out.

The hosts are the nicest people, very friendly and most helpful.
Room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Great location, just a few mins walk into centre of Llandundo.
