On a last minute easter break, we booked a room at the Manor Hotel. From the view outside, i felt my heart sink - looked small and typical of a resort B&B. Went inside and i changed my mind - beautiful decor in the bar and lounge. The room was superb ! We werent expecting 2 huge windows with views of the pier and the sea!! The staff were very friendly and breakfast was a bit slow ( as there were quite a few guests ) but the friendly service made up for it. Good selection of cooked breakfast as well as the usual juice/cereal/fruits. Value for money !

We've just returned from a short break in Llandudno which was really great. We stayed at the Manor Hotel in the Penthouse rooms. The hotel is beautifully decorated and and feel that a few of the previous reviews are unfair to say the least. We found the owner, Mark, very welcoming as was Nicky and all the staff. They were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.. The Penhouse rooms were very roomy and with three children it was ideal. We even decided to stay another night and although we couldn't stay in the penhouse rooms we transferred to another family room which was also nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again. Yes, it is rather a long walk (approx. 20 mins) but we really enjoyed the exercise even though it was really cold.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are always a plus to any holiday.

We booked this as a last minute treat for my husbands birthday , I rangto confirm and they had already notedthe special request. Check in is 3.00pm we would have liked an earliercheck in but it was not a problem as near to shops in Craig-y-Don for browsing. We thought the whole decor was great and the bar area was not to big or over powering, really nice atmosphere. The roolm was great, big TV, comfy 4 poster, fantastic sea view and tea/coffee making facilities. The only thing was marked table which was a shame but we put down to careless guests which did not reflect on the hotel standards. Breakfast was lovely and the staff and owners were all very welcoming. No comparison price wise to other big hotels who were charging much more for side rooms. We were ableto sit looking out at the pier, sea rolling in and the orme view very romantic and would definetly go again.

Room Tip: We had the frontsea view room on the 1st floor.

stops hear about 7 times over the years, it was very nice easy to park too, but over the years its going down hill abit, should spend some money on the place, its very handy where it is, just over the road from the sea the staff are very nice too. the bar is nice too. just wants some money spending on the place down stair, where you sit, not the bar area on the over side of the room, and the rooms need some money spending on then too.

Room Tip: you can get alot better hotel for the same money

Got this room on Late room booking website. I was surprised at the quality of this hotel.
The room was bed and breakfast included however breakfast isn't served until 8 AM I would suggest an earlier breakfast time if the hotel wished to attract the contracting hotel patronage in winter quiet times.
Car parking was in the street with unrestricted parking with the exception of coaches & caravans. The View from the front of the hotel is a sea view.
The Bar was a welcome treat before bed and the staff were pleasent.
My room had all the facilitys.
En-Suite Drink making TV and WIFI, Phone signal was a little patchy on O2.
The Bed was Comfy and the bathroom clean with a reasonable shower
My room could perhaps do with a bigger radiator it wasnt the warmest of nights however the weather was very brisk that night.
Skipped breakfast due to the time I needed to be away by. All in all a reasonable stay.

The hotel is on the sea front at the quiter end of town near the sailing club. We stayed one night to attend a funeral, paid £75 for a groundfloor boudoir room 2 adults n a 4 year old we shared a 6 foot bed. The room was lovely looked very new boutique style furniture and a 32 inch tv on the wall in our room, the drink making tray had enough coffee milk etc to make quite a few drinks. The corridor to our room dining area and bar all looked recently decorated or very well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when needed, free wifi no password needed best signal in bar area. We held the wake in the hotel and they did a really nice buffet for us, even wrapped some of the left over stuff so those of us staying over could have some more later in the evening. Breakfast was nice cereal and fruit juice was self serve and breakfast cooked to order. The bacon was good quality sausage tasted like a cumberland or lincolnshire sausage and was quite large choice of eggs fried poached or scrambled with beans mushrooms and tomatoes. Compared to the breakfast I had at a Great Western hotel last month this was twice as good, bearing in mind that room was £95 this was only £75. All in all couldn't complain about anything, it's a hard business to be in and the owners really are trying hard to provide high quality and value for money.

Room Tip: Boudoir 1, large ground floor room, large tv, no real view unless you look sideways to sea

We only stayed 1 night but will definitely be returning. It seemed to be the only hotel with a sea-front beer garden in the sun, which was lovely. Our room was large and very stylish with excellent sea views. The reception areas were equally atttractive and wecoming. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: All rooms are individually decorated and differ in size and views so yor preference can be discussed...
