This is the third stay at Clifton villa with a very warm welcome from Zena & Nigel.
Since our last visit most of the rooms have been decorated & new beds in all rooms & as usual the rooms are spotless.
free wifi in all rooms what a bonus.
The breakfast is as good as I remembered and its nice having a bar if you don't wont to go out on the town.
But if you do want to go out there are plenty of good pubs very close by.
I have stayed in other B&B's in Llandudno but this as been far the best in my opinion.
Well done Zena & Nigel keep up the good work & hope to see you soon.

Room Tip: There's not really a lot to choose from there all good rooms

Stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 young grand children Whit week .It is in an ideal location not to far from the front - 5 minutes walk yet a residential area. We were made most welcome by Zena & Nigel. The family room was lovely very spacious which included a 2 seater sofa ideal for the children to sit & watch the t.v when we did return after our days out. Break fast was all you could wish for (no need for lunch during the day) the children's requests were also catered for.Would return again no hesitation!

Room Tip: We had room 4 the 3 bed family room on the first floor at the front of the house. It was ideal for o...

We stayed at this fantastic place for a long weekend, 11th Apr - 14th Apr 2014. From the moment you arrive the owners, Zena and Nigel make you feel so welcome. The rooms are lovely with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! The hearty breakfast really sets you up for the day. Its licensed too so if you fancy a drink after a day out and about you can be guaranteed a nice pint in the inviting bar. The place itself is in the most perfect spot. Quiet but ideally situated a few minutes from beach and shopping area. To sum it all up you will not find anywhere else, i can guarantee you, that gives you such fantastic value for money with incredible hosts who can't do enough for you to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. 10 out of 10. Perfect!
