Owner description: An ancient church on the Great Orme, overlooking the sea and surrounded by a historic churchyard. The church is sometimes confused with the 20th chapel in the adjoining Great Orme Cemetery. The church is open every day from 1 April to 31 October and weekends, Wednesdays and bank holidays the rest of the year, weather permitting. Open air services are held on Sundays at 11.00 am from the end of May till the end of September (in the church in bad weather) and monthly services are held in the church over winter. Information leaflets and booklets are available in the church.

“Church Walk”
Reviewed 8 September 2013

We walked up the orme and then walked to the Church. Beautiful setting over the sea. There are seats in the fabulous church yard where we had our sandwiches. The church is tiny but well cared for. Very interesting and worth a visit

“Place of quiet reflection”
Reviewed 19 August 2013

A lovely little church perched high up on the Great Orme. It's very quiet and restful inside to just sit and enjoy the stillness. There are some beautiful and unusual gravestones as well in the churchyard I happily spent an hour wandering around looking at them

“If on the Great Orme, not to be missed”
Reviewed 18 August 2013

Despite a steady stream of visitors on a summer Saturday everybody seemed gripped by the atmosphere and gave the building due respect. Whilst on an ancient site most of it is of 19th century restoration but done well with parts being medieval and 15th century. An information leaflet within the church gives a good outline of the history and points of particular interest. An honesty box deserves all the cash you can spare! The surrounding graveyard is fascinating with some intriguing memorials.
