We stayed for two nights in the junior suite which had fantastic bay window views. The suite and all the hotel is of excellent standard decoration and furnishings. The full English breakfast lasts you all day. The owners Carol and Tom were very attentive, friendly and offered sound advice on local area. We would definitely return to this welcoming and extremely clean and comfortable hotel. With everything new it feels very luxurious. The location is fantastic. Until next time!!!

Having booked tickets for the theatre in Llandudno we required overnight accomadation. The hotel we choose was full but the proprietor recommended this recently refurbished hotel. After speaking with Carol, the owner, we booked two nights in June in the Junior Suite. We were pleasantly surprised with our welcome and the standard of facilities. Our room and view of the bay were excellent and the hotel is ideally placed for sight seeing, restaurants, shopping, etc.
The owners, Carol and Tom, also own the nearby pub/restaurant The Queen Victoria, where you can obtain a 10% discount on meals and is well worth a visit.
Highly recommend this hotel as a base in Llandudno and we hope to return in the not too distant future.
We enjoyed the show at the theatre as well!!

well having stayed at many hotels in llandudno over the years, this one came at me out of the blue & how lucky can you be!!!!!
we stayed for two nights but it should have been four & what a class act Tom & Carol are,i think we are practically family now.
the hotel is modern & has all the vacilities you need,& with them owning the Queen Vic up the road(what more could you want)
The only down side was the barmaid called Hey-lee (i,m a good speller) as she was very snappy when serving you & quite frightning when she asked what you wanted, but beware if you do upset her then she will get you back as she also serves the breakfast,s up at the hotel.
(only-joking) we love you Hay-lee xxxx
yes i tried to find faults but could not.
keep it up you two crackers & see you in Sept, & Oct
LOL Harvey

Room Tip: we stayed in room1 lovely room with great views, slept like two little mice

We stayed 3 nights with my Mum 93 years young and wanted somewhere with a lift and close to shops and pier and places to eat with in walking distance. We were not disappointed Carol and Tom have a great new place for people to stay with excellent food and accommodation and are great hosts. My mum did not want to leave and she loved the decor too. Thanks to Carol, Tom and staff they made the stay memorable for all of us.We can also recommend eating at The Queen Victoria also owned by them just 200 yards up the road, excellent service all round .Well done and good luck for the future with your new venture, just what Llandudno needs !!

my wife and i have been coming to llandudno four or five times a year now for a long time and stayed in quite a few quality hotels, but we now will look no further than the elm tree as the decor, food, value and most of all carol, tom and staff are genuine people who really make you welcome and want to look after you, nothing is too much trouble, we won,t be staying anywhere else in future, thankyou to you all from john and brenda pears.

Room Tip: we stayed in room twelve, lovely as are all the rooms, but worth paying that bit extra for a special...

What a fantastic hotel ! We had been few years ago & couldn't believe the difference! Tom & Carol must have put their heart and soul into it, each room is different and yet decorated to a really high standard. You feel like you're staying in a brand new modern hotel. As hosts Tom & Carole were superb and nothing was too much trouble. I took my 82yr old mum and having a lift at the Elm Tree was a god send. Carol even offered to put a separate heater in mums room if she found it chilly! We didn't need it though as the hotel was lovely & warm. Breakfast was yummy and with so much choice no one would be disappointed. The Queen Victoria pub just round the corner, is Tom & Carols so our evening meals were of the same standard too. Our stay was fantastic and we can't wait to go back later this year!

The Elm Tree, is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are immaculately clean and serviced to a superb standard, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower, hot and powerful.
The decor throughout is tasteful and homely,
Ideally located in Llandudno.
Breakfast was out of this world!
