Fabulous hotel, with spotlessly clean, modern tasteful decor throughout the whole of the building. We stayed in room 2 for 4 nights, the view from the window was marvellous, overlooking the seafront. The hotel offers a lift to each floor ,should you require it. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and plentiful. Evening meals offered at their sister establishment "The Queen Vic" were also excellent quality and good value for money.Carol and her husband Tom could not have been more helpful and attentive. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone,.

Lovely clean hotel with amazing views and delicious breakfasts! The owners are fantastic hosts tending to your every need, question and conversation. You won't find a better, cleaner hotel in Llandudno! Stylish modern furnishings, comfortable beds, wonderful lounges inside and outside, and the best breakfast in town. Thank you so much for a wonderful start to our Wales vacation! We miss you Carol and Tom!

Room Tip: Ask for a bayview room, they are breathtaking and quiet!

You will be hard pressed to find a better hotel. Spent many nights in hotels through work and leisure and this has got to rate has one of the best. Very clean, perfect furnishings, one of the most comfortable beds, plenty of space in the room, great views, bathroom well appointed. Wonderful lounge area and a marvellous dinning room. Breakfast was very good, hot, tasty and substantial and an excellent menu to choose from. There's a well stocked honesty bar, a great touch. The owners are very welcoming has are all the staff, they all make you so welcome. Would I recommend the Elm Tree ? You bet I do, even booked our next stay before we left. Got to be number 1 in Llandudno.

Room Tip: Don't forget to eat in the Queen Victoria pub, great beers, food and hospitality.

We stayed for two nights in the junior suite which had fantastic bay window views. The suite and all the hotel is of excellent standard decoration and furnishings. The full English breakfast lasts you all day. The owners Carol and Tom were very attentive, friendly and offered sound advice on local area. We would definitely return to this welcoming and extremely clean and comfortable hotel. With everything new it feels very luxurious. The location is fantastic. Until next time!!!
