This was my third visit and I was not disappointed. Our room was spacious with fantastic views over the north shore
It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was great and no request was too much trouble.
Tom and Carol are great hosts
We will be back! !

From the moment I called to make a reservation right up to us leaving, the experience was one of excellence and caring. The location was perfect with views across Llandudno bay from main rooms, our room and the front garden/sitting area.Carol is the perfect 'host' - helpful, friendly without being too 'in your face'. The decor is beautiful and everywhere was spotlessly clean.I traveled with my teenage son who is somewhat of a connoisseur of a 'full english' and he was very impressed with the choices, quality and quantity - as was I!

Room Tip: Pay the extra for a sea-view room - you wont be disappointed

Thank you to Carol and Tom again for an absolutely wonderful 4 night stay in your beautiful family run hotel, the views from our bedroom window and from the patio at the front of the hotel are magnificent, nothing is to much trouble for you and from the minute you arrive to the moment you leave, you know you are in the best possible care and are treated like royalty, don't know what you do, but just keep on doing whatever it is................because we will certainly be returning to 'our little piece of heaven' see you soon x x

Room Tip: All rooms are of an excellent standard, we know this because we were shown around by our hosts, ther...

Extremely welcoming Hotel. Decorated to a very high standard. Our room was clean spacious and as newlyweds we were upgraded to an executive suite looking over the bay. So kind of them.
The Elm Tree also run a restaurant upstairs of the Queen Victoria Pub on Chapel Walks which is well worth a try. Our meal there was outstanding and very reasonably priced.
Overall an great stay. Will definitely be going back, maybe to celebrate our 1st year of marriage.

Not our first time in Llandudno but our first visit to the Elm Tree Hotel. We received a lovely welcome from Carol and Tom and it felt like we had been coming here for years. The rooms are all beautifully decorated so it really doesn't matter which you choose. There are a few steps to the front door but a lift to all floors. Breakfast was fantastic and the poached egg I requested with my full breakfast I can honestly say was the best I have had at any hotel. Thank you again to Carol, Tom and staff we will certainly be returning again.

What a fantastic find this turned out to be. From the very personal welcome we got from Carol and Tom (the owners) to the quality of the rooms and the superb full, full, full english breakfast. The Elm Tree is perfectly placed for all amenities in Llandudno and although there is no car park I had no problem parking on the street for £3 for 24 hours. If you book early enough they also have a limited number of parking permits. They have a very homely honesty bar in the hotel and even had some bottled real ale. I won't be looking for anywhere else next time I go to Llandudno. I would strongly recommend this excellent hotel, well deserved Tripadvisor rating.
