Lovely cottage ,situated in the heart of the Craig y don area of Llandudno,Near local shops and two mins walk to the promenade and beach where you can breath in the sea air and see the lovely sea views,The cottage had comfy sofa, big huge king size bed in the bedroom, lovely compact kitchen and two toilets on the ground and upper level, very handy,The cotage had a basement bedroom with two single beds,The parking isnt at the front of the cottage, but is available in neaby street, which is full during the daytime, well in my case it was!Lovely courtyard area fo sit or walk about in at the rear, only problem I found the stair where very steep to the upper floor,it was mentioned in the advert, but they were the steppest stairs ive climbed plus needs hand rails, sorry,Five mins car ride to the Great orme where there are several things to do,I went to buy a cottage/house there ened up buying a lovely ground floor appartment with large picture windows ,only feww hundred yards fron Cosey cottage,I would hghly recomend the cottage for your visit to Lllandudno and for other local attactions,my dog had a wonderful time on the beach too,Thank you Caoline and Christopher,I will be seeing it soon as a local

The cottage was very clean and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay. We would like to thank Chris for being so helpful when we had no heating one night when it turned cold. The only negative was the steep stairs, please could you put handrails on the right ride of the stairs going up and the left side of the stairs going down

“Short break ”
Reviewed 13 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Fab place for a short break, good for a couple or young family, nice big bedroom up some steep stairs, twin beds in nicely converted basement accommodates two kids well. Well equipped and clean property, 10 mins walk to town centre and 2 mins to beach. Street parking is free (2017) and in good supply.

Excellent facilities in a beautiful town. Cottage is situated at the quieter end of the prom but just a gentle stroll to all the attractions.

“Lovely house, pet friendly & close to the seafront”

A lovely house, beautifully clean and tastefully decorated with small outside patio area.
Dog friendly, close to shops, restaurants and the seafront.
Well equipped with everything you need for a short stay including washing up liquid & cloths, hand wash, towels, iron & hairdryer as well as a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and even a welcome pint of mik in the fridge.
The owners even left Easter Eggs for the children - thank you!
As others have mentioned, you can't park directly outside the property, but there is free on-street parking nearby.
The only downside was the steepness of the stairs, which could have done with a handrail. Also be warned, if like me you have tall family members the ceiling in the basement bedroom is probalby not best suited to those over 6ft!
