Gareth & Claire where the perfect hosts.
We arrived early, but was shown our room (suite) by Gareth, and was given our key so we could come and go at our leisure once the room was ready.
Gareth gave us loads of information, as to sites & attractions that we may wish to visit whilst in the town.
Gareth & Claire had already recomended some restaurants to eat in on an evening, via email prior to our stay. The restaurant we chose was perfect for the occasion (My birthday).
The room was fantastic, clean & well laid out, with great touches of tasteful decor for a relaxing time.
The breakfast was superbly cooked by Claire, with a great selection of locally sourced ingredients.
This was just what you needed to set you up for the day.
Gareth played host at Breakfast, helping other guest arrange their plans for the day, (Very very helpfull).
An added little touch was a lovely little gift left in our room for my Birthday.
Our two night stay was was brilliant, and we would recomend the Clffbury to anyone wishing to get value for there money.

We could not find any negatives about the Cliffbury. even its location was very handy to get to either shoreline and the Great Orme.
Gareths & Claires hard work and dedication to their Guest house is a credit to them both.
Well deserves its high rating & its certificate of excellence.

Thank you both again for a lovely stay.

Rick & Carole.

Room Tip: Well worth paying the little extra for the lounge area. really comfortable. a home from home.

We have just spent four nights at the Cliffbury, it is our third visit and, as always, Gareth and Claire's high standards are maintained. When you walk into your room, you feel that you are the first people to use the room as it is so immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is a real treat, lots of choice and they have a good system where you order your choice of breakfast the night before ensuring that you get exactly what you want to eat. Gareth is great at pointing you in the right direction if you need information on eating out or places to visit. I am sure you would not find a better place to stay!

We spent 2 nights at the Cliffbury in Mid May and although the weather was not great we couldn't fault this excellent B&B. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated with much attention to detail, like the small fridge and plenty of coffee, tea and biscuits. The hospitality from Gareth was very much appreciated and he was most helpful in advising us about restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and we were very tempted to stay another night but will definitely return. It's not often there is nothing negative to say but on this occasion everything was spot on. We highly recommend The Cliffbury and with it's central location there is almost no need to have a car.

Room Tip: I can thoroughly recommend our room on the first floor. The bathroom was especially spacious with sh...

We spent four nights at the Cliffbury in the two adjoining rooms on the top floor. which were ideal for our family of three. The rooms were spotless, nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable.
There were many variations available on the breakfast menu, the food was nicely cooked and presented and there was something to suit everyone.
The service was excellent, the owners Claire and Gareth were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the Cliffbury to others and hope to return for another holiday.

We have just returned from a short stay at the Cliffbury. This was a return visit and hopefully won't be our last. Our room was stylish, spacious and spotless, the hosts extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. What more could anyone want? Will highly recommend.

I can only re-iterate what has been said previously. Gareth, Claire you are fabulous in fact wonderfully fabulous. The welcome, the humour, the attention to every little detail. Impeccable taste and cleanliness throughout. We had two nights there and could have stayed for at least a week and we will definitely be going back to the Cliffbury. Breakfast could not be more perfect. Just about everything is on the menu, hot and cold and you can have any or all combinations. Nothing is too much trouble. You are stars! Thank you for everything.

Room Tip: Nothing wrong with room 2, if there are no more than 2 of you!
