We have enjoyed an excellent stay with friends in one of the best bed and breakfasts. Great 4location in smart area near to every amenity.Good to have off road parking.Hosts attentive and professional. Rooms spotlessly clean, spacious with lots of extra touches. Really comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast, with locally sourced ingredients and each order
cooked freshly.

We stayed in feb 2014 for a birthday weekend and enjoyed every minute. Room was lovely, food was great, and Gareth and Claire were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay!! Stayed in quite a few B&B's in Llandudno, and this is the best by far! Will definitely be returning..

Went back to The Cliffbury for the second time. Still a great place to stay. The standard of the rooms are very high and Gareth and Claire are great hosts. The breakfasts were also good. We had Room 5 this time. The bathroom is still small but hopefully you don't spend too much time in there. If you want a big bathroom, ask for room 2. What really impressed was the amount of tea making facilities - there was enough milk for several drinks, unlike many places where it seems to be on ration.
Many thanks to Gareth and Claire - you have a great place at the Cliffbury - we will be back.

Room Tip: For a big bathroom with bath and shower, ask for room 2

just returned from another fantastic stay at the cliffbury 23rd march,we had a change this time staying in room 3 instead of our usual room 2,another very nice room with separate lounge area with comfortable couch and coffee table.i guess all the rooms are to this very high standard.gareth and claire were the perfect hosts as usual and gareth informed us of two new places to eat which we enjoyed.we also visited the theatre which is only a ten minute walk from the cliffbury, missing it alresdy and cant wait for our next visit

Room Tip: still love the view from room 2

Like many others I booked this B&B after reading reviews on Trip Advisor, and I am pleased to say all the reviews were all spot on ! We were made very welcome by Gareth, the accommodation was to a very high standard and clean. The breakfast was wonderful and every taste was catered for, local produce was used. We will defiantly visit again.

Room Tip: The loft rooms have excellent views

This was our first visit but we look forward to going again. A very warm welcome from Gareth and Claire. Superb food with spacious, clean and very well presented accommodation. Local produce was used to prepare breakfast which we both enjoyed very much. Home made marmalade and Bara Brith was the icing on the cake.

Room Tip: Suites are very spacious and well worth the little extra.

first time at the cliffbury and could not fault it. Food very good and room very clean and comfortable. The decor is modern and the rooms very well serviced with everything you could want. Very generous with toiletries and tea/coffee etc. The owners Claire and Gareth very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Room 3 has a lovely sitting area separate from the bedroom. Very comfortable.
