It's a cheap hotel, but our room (101) is clean with all basic necessity's. it's in a fab location! The staff are friendly! We came here on a cheap last minuet honeymoon getaway and are very pleasantly surprised after reading the bad reviews! Yes there are better presented places here in Llandudno but this one has everything you need and... the bed is lovely and comfy :) I would stay here again.

Looks fine from outside and superb location, booked this for my mum, myself and my 4 year old to have a night away, paid £55 for a family room, which ive paid about that before and been great. We checked into room 201 and there was NO WAY we could stay in that room, it was dirty, the beds were old and shabby the water wouldn't even come out of the tap,and the sea view i requested on booking, was just a load of rusty scaffolding round the back. VERY disappointed couldn't even let my 4 year old play on floor with his toys as it was so dirty. I complained nicely to the girl on desk she was very helpful, but hadn't got any other family rooms so we agreed to move into a double room with sea view which was much better, Still very dated, needed a good clean and not a very good sleep trying to sleep all 3 of us in a double bed, but at least we had a nice view of the sea, breakfast was nice, but wouldn't stay there again.

Room Tip: There are better around for same price, if you do go DONT go in room 201

My husband and I stayed here and were given a nice sea-view room.
It was dated and needed decorating but it met our needs - not somewhere where we'd book again though if I'm honest.
That said though, it's location couldn't be better and the staff were polite and professional towards us.

This room is £30 per room per night, and I wasn't expected much. This hotel is in a great location, right on the front and minutes away from the main high street. However, this property was a bit tired and grubby. After opening the window in our room we also discovered there was a scaffolding walkway that led to all the rooms, which in turn led us to not feel very safe leaving window open during the night. However, for the price I would stay again, just what we needed for our stay a bed and clean bathroom.

sorry but the place is very run down, most things posted are true small rooms bad fitting windows that rattle cracked glass draws falling apart and yes gaffa tape holding shower rail together and cubicle broke. we went for a drink in the bar and the only ones there, no beers on tap, very little in cooler which was not on, had to call girl from reception to serve us every time we wanted a drink, then with out a word some bloke came in and shut the bar and turned the lights off, never asked if we wanted another. should have closed 10.pm. shut at 9.20pm. breakfast was quite good though and the bacon this time was ok. one good thing is the bedding was very clean and fresh. and the staff we met friendly and helpfull. would we stay again sorry but . NO.

£35 for double room. Place is VERY tired around the edges. but staff very helpfull and breaksfast was very good. Great choice of cooked including pancakes with chocolate sauce. This is definitely a BUDGET hotel, but although a tad scruffy and old fashioned was clean and warm and had plenty of hot water.
This hotel is located RIGHT on the seafront on the lovely Llandudno beach and is a 2 minute walk away from the main high street shops. There was no noise in the night. Tea and coffee making facilities and table and chairs in room
For £35 for a double room I cant complain, and would stay again at that price.

Room Tip: room 212 small but comortable
