Booked as a family of four plus 2 grandparents and enjoyed a lovely stay. Particularly good is having car parking - always difficult in Llandudno, and all within walking distance. Breakfast was quick, full and plenty of choice. Super

Room Tip: Family room x4 very nice but up many stairs

It was our first time staying at The Annan and we chose the hotel due to the positive reviews on here and also the fact that it has it's own car park. Needless to say, we weren't disappointed. The room was clean, airy and light and we had a fabulous view of The Great Orme from our window (room 10). The breakfasts were excellent and very tasty; there is a wide selection to choose from including a full cooked breakfast, cereal, porridge and fruit. The owners also allowed us to use the car park after we checked out which enabled us to have a longer day on our final day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Debbie who is one of the owners of the hotel. We will certainly be staying at the hotel again in the future.

We found the Annan to be a very comfortable place to stay, with the staff being very helpful and pleasant. We have stayed in LLandudno a number of times, and we found that this was the best place for us. It has a large car park, the room was tastefully furnished with a fantastic view and the food at breakfast was very good.

We never stay in a hotel without reading the reviews first on "Trip Advisor".
This hotel was spot on with the reviews from previous guests.
The hotel was first class in a great location with the added bonus of your own car parking space.
We and my sister in law booked superior rooms & were very comfortable,
Would we return? Yes as soon as possible

Room Tip: Due to its location we think all rooms would be OK

We stayed in a family suite - king size bed in one room and bunk beds in the other room. Kids had a PS2 in the room which was a nice extra touch. Very clean hotel nothing was too much trouble for Debbie and Andy. Parking can be a problem in Llandudno but the Annan provides a parking space for every room. the hotel is conveniently located for the shops, promenade, pier and attractions. There is plenty of choice at breakfast again nothing too much trouble. We also used the honesty bar which had a good selection of drinks. A really enjoyable stay and we will definately stay at the Annan again when we visit Llandudno.

Room Tip: if you have family opt for one of the suites

the annan hotel was everything we could ask for and more,a very warm welcome on arrival, very comfortable rooms, perfect breakfast, very clean, and if you arrive by car you are allocated your own parking space, plus you are within walking distance of shops and attractions,to us its the one and only hotel to stay at.

The Annan is very conveniently located just a few minutes walk to town, beach, pier, etc. but quiet. It also has good onsite parking a priority for us. Hotel room was a little small and was due to holiday weekend and popularity of hotel being fully booked. However, room clean and provided everything required, ambience of the public rooms was also very good. Our hosts were superb and breakfast also excellent. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Holiday weekends book early, guests revisit yearly
