A great find for our one night stay as we visited friends. A spotlessly clean and welcoming hotel and although not realising when we booked, how useful the car park was. We sat for an hour in the evening in the comfortable lounge, which had an honesty bar. Breakfast next morning was excellent. All in all, a little gem of a find. Thank you all at the Annan hotel

Room Tip: Room 6 a lovely twin room at the front of the hotel. No noise.

It's is a great hotel in a fabulous location with a big car park which is very rare in Llandudno, stayed here as our normal hotel near the Cymru Venue was full, but on reflection we were so glad it was, because this place is a little gem, so spotlessly clean, we were well impressed. We stayed in room 10 which had 2 massive windows overlooking the Great Orme, great comfy bed with lovely bedding and fixtures and the bathroom was a nice size, with a good shower. Complimentary toiletries and a good tea/coffee station with biscuits. We left the car there for the weekend, and in 5 minutes you are either at the Cable car station or on the pier, with the shops just a few steps away. Pubs, cafes and restaurants all 5 minutes away. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. There was an little honesty bar which although we didn't use it, nice to know that in this day and age, there is still someone who believes in honest people. We will certainly be back!

Room Tip: Room 10 is a nice size with a good sized bed for anyone who's tall.

A great place to stay with comfortable bed and super breakfasts. We stayed for 2 nights and were warmly welcomed. The hotel is within walking distance of the seafront, shops, restaurants, pubs and the tram to the Great Orme. It has parking for guests which is rare for some hotels in Llandudno. Our room was comfortable with a king size bed. Breakfasts were served in the dining room. Plenty of options with cereals, fruits, porridge and the full English (or should that be Welsh) breakfast. We will return to this hotel next time we go to Llandudno.

we have just returned home from another pleasurable stay at the annan, we stayed here last april and booked as soon as we got back for this time, we love it and cannot imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Llandudno, as soon as you walk into the hotel you can see how clean it is and you feel so relaxed, we can't wait to get in our room 4 and kick back and relax,
I am very conscious about cleanliness and other hotels I have stayed at I find myself looking for bits of dirt or stains here and there but when we visit the annan it doesn't even cross my mind. Our bed was so comfy that the first time we went when I got home I bought new pillows and a duvet because our own bed at home did not compare to that in the annan, the dining room is also lovely with a majestic feel to it and the breakfast is beautiful, not a bit of oil in sight ! the service is great without you feeling rushed and they always ask if you want more, our answer is always no because the breakfast is so filling it sets you up for the day, the honesty bar is a good little bar and drinks are reasonable, my husband and I love the location of this hotel as it is up a little side road near to everything and right by the great orme train station, Debbie and andy are lovely welcoming friendly people and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have recommended this hotel to friends and they also have been time and time again, can I also just mention that the finishing touches are marvellous, shampoo, shower gel, bath bombs, body scrub, shower caps, also the tea and coffee is plentiful and replenished daily, also there is ample parking for everyone at the hotel as it has its own private car park which is hard to come by and even on the day of our departure andy said we could leave our car there for the day if we wanted to spend more time in Llandudno, in a nutshell myself my husband and 2 year old daughter love this place and we cannot wait to go back again but I don't think we'll be leaving it till next april ! BUT DONT TELL MY HUSBAND THAT ;-)

Just got back from a two night stay at this hotel. Twelve years since our last visit and it has certainly improved. Warm welcome and lovely bedroom(17) would be ideal for a family with two children as it has an adjoining bedroom with bunk beds and television. Breakfast was excellent and served quickly. Honesty Bar provided drinks at reasonably prices. Will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: 17 a good room for families with adjoining room with bunk beds and television

We spent two nights over the Easter weekend at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Annan is in a good location; quiet and residential but very near to shops, pier, beach and access to walking, or cheating(chairlift/tram/veteran coach), up the Great Orme. A big bonus is that it has a car park which is kept free of intruders by issuing large signs to place in your car on arrival. The hotel has a warm and comfortable feel and the sitting room, with it's honesty bar, is a good place to relax if you are sociable. I booked the room, number 4, very late (the day before going) so there was no choice, and am not sure if it is a superior room although the price of £74 per night would suggest so. I wouldn't really have thought it but had no comparison. It was pleasant enough although the things mentioned about the bathroom by another review are correct. We slept like logs and loved the feel of the linen and appreciated the white fluffy towels too. Breakfast was super. Attentive service but allowing time to enjoy the meal, good choice of cereal, porridge, fruit and then free choice of traditional cooked breakfast, including fish options. We would visit Plentiful tea, coffee and toast. Lovely touch of an Easter egg for each person on Easter Day. Would certainly go again for a treat.

Room Tip: Room 10 is the one with the big windows and good views but it is more expensive.
