Stayed overnight in Superior double room for our wedding anniversay in June. Lovely hotel - bedroom was really spacious - free car parking (this really is a bonus as car parking in LLandudno is a nightmare) - few minutes walk to sea front etc. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was excellent. There is a lounge area and honesty bar but as we were only staying for 1 night we didn't get to use them although there were several couples in lounge when we came in.
Small garden area at front of hotel but could just do with a few more seats & tables (possibly parasols as well) for sunny days.Would definately recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Annan for one night on the 8th June. As you may have deemed from the title of the review, the Annan is absolutely ideally placed. Right in the midst of all Llandudno has to offer but just far enough out of the way to ensure a good nights sleep. Just a two minute walk away from the pier. The fact that you have a car parking space on site is the icing on the cake. They were good enough to let me keep my car there even after I'd checked out as well so I could enjoy more of the lovely weather. I was in room 21 at the very top. The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Great shower as well. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to perfection (great for a hangover anyway)
The staff, on all levels are really pleasant but not too intrusive and I would have no hesitation staying here again if I were after another overnight stay in Llandudno. Lovely little hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel for the Victorian extravaganza during the May bank holiday. My wife and I were welcomed by Andy and his daughter Charlie. We regularly visit Llandudno and when possible book into this hotel. The hotel gets booked in advance due to the location, parking, cleanliness and overall pleasant attitude of all the staff that work here. We look forward to returning again soon.

Room Tip: Room 10 is a big room with great views

We wanted to come to Llandudno for the weekend and we found this hotel on the internet. When we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised. There is parking foe all guests, which is a big bonus and the hotel is within very easy walking distance to the seafront and main streets as well as some interesting 'watering holes' in the other direction. The start of the Great Orme tramway is just round the corner, too. This is a family run hotel and every member of staff we met was very friendly and helpful. There is an 'honesty bar' which I think is a lovely idea. No-one abused it either. The breakfast was varied and very filling. We didn't need much more to eat until well into the evening. We had a lovely stay and would stay there again if we re-visit the area.

We stay at the Annan Hotel every year, usually during the spring time. It is an opportunity for us as a family to get together in comfortable and pleasant surroundings. As usual, we had a lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfasts good with ample portions and the service from all the staff was excellent. It is an ideal location since there is ample parking space so you can walk into town (5 mins) without worrying about where to park the car. It is near the pier and Great Orme. Thank you Andy, Charlie and all staff involved.

Made a block booking here for myself and 3 colleagues. The proprietor, Mr McNamara, was really helpful and responded promptly to my emails. When we arrived after a tiring journey, we all found our rooms to be comfortable, clean and well supplied with tea, coffee, biscuits and the like. Breakfast the following morning was superb, with a wide range to choose from. We all went for the cooked breakfast - it would have been rude not to! It certainly didn't disappoint.

Room Tip: If you need a number of rooms, contact the hotel and they may well make you a great offer.

Stayed here for two nights in family room which is made up of a double room and right next to it a single room with bunk beds. Both of these connect via private vestibule which locks from outside corridor (both rooms also have key locks). This was perfect for us and our daughter as we could keep the room doors open through the night to enable our daughter to access the bathroom. Tea making facilities in room, they even supply wine glasses! Breakfast is very efficient with a good selection on offer and the English breakfast is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect less than 5 minute walk from main streets and maybe 10 minutes max walk to the main prom. Best feature is its private car park which is great as parking throughout the town is always difficult.
