This was our second visit as a family to The Annan and yet again we had a fantastic stay. Andy and Debbie and all their staff are great hosts and very warm and friendly.
The hotel is located a short walk from the prom, the pier and the shops/restaurants. The room was spotless and the kids enjoyed sleeping on the bed and trundle bed together. Our four poster was very comfortable and luxurious and the room was spacious enough for a chaise, two armchairs, a dresser , a wardrobe, various side tables and a TV and playstation! Breakfast was generous, well cooked and very promptly served! We felt very well looked after during our stay and will definitely be back!

This seems to be a hotel that people return to again and again, with staff on first name terms with guests. Nice, spacious room - watch your head on that sloping ceiling. Good size ensuite bathroom but disappointing shower - triangular and small, water bit of a trickle, also be careful of the step down. Bed very comfortable. Good to have the free parking in that area. Easy to walk into the town from there.

We stayed at The Annan for a couple of nights and found the comments of previous reviewers to be accurate. The hotel is in an excellent location, a short easy stroll from the promenade and bars/restaurants, but far enough away to not be disturbed by the associated noise. We felt sorry for those who had opted for the seafront hotels as they were more expensive and (looking at their advertisement boards outside) did not seem to be as well appointed as the Annan, besides being in a noisy area.
Our room on the second floor was not large but was perfectly adequate and very clean.
Breakfast was served by Andy and a determinedly cheerful Debbie in the dining room each morning, and was generous and delicious accompanied by industrial quantities of tea and coffee - a brilliant start to the day. Andy and Debbie and their staff work very hard to cater to their guests needs, nothing is too much trouble. They deserve their success and their good reputation.

My Dad and I stayed for 3 nights at the Annan Hotel, its was just the job in respect of the location to the town centre. Just a short walk takes you to the pier and then onto the promenade. Our first morning going into the breakfast room I knew I was going to feel at home because there was laughter and it felt welcoming. Debbie and Andy were very atentive and Dad and myself felt relaxed. Breakfast was lovely and was one of the best I have had in a hotel. My single room was on the top floor and was light, clean and had brewing facilities and ensuite bathroom and suited my needs. Dad had a single room on the ground floor next to the lounge which had a shower, brewing facilities and a televison. We spent time in the evening in the lounge after a meal in the town. The lounge was a lovely big opulent room with an honesty bar for visitors with a coffee machine in the reception for visitors who chose to have a hot drink. It was a lovely hotel to have a chill out break and I would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone or visiting again perhaps next year.

Chosen based a lot on other Tripadvisor reviews. We were there in off season for this area but I agree that the free parking is a plus. Reachable by train and cab if needed, there's a train station in the town.

I really liked the location, just a hair off the beaten path but a short walk to the downtown, promenade and the rack rail up the Great Orme. Even if you don't take the tram it is worth the hike to the top to see the views; you can take the cable car or tram back down.

We got there very late at night after spending the day in Chester. We were pleasantly greeted and shown our room on the upper most floor. I don't recall an elevator - you'll have to carry your bags up some stairs. We were handed our key and shown how to use it and asked to be considerate if we got in late. It's a nice stroll down to the promenade and the streets were quiet at night.

In the morning we were greeted very warmly and seated immediately and offered juice, teas and coffee. Breakfast was standard full English with sausage, eggs, tomato, mushrooms, beans, bacon and toast. Delicious and the service was outstanding. I think the folks running this place have found their calling.

Our room was at the very top, a bit tight but fair views. The beds were adequate but I think they tried to squeeze too much into small quarters. My understanding is that they have more comfortable rooms. For the price, I think it was a very good value.

If you are looking for a fancy, five star hotel this is not the place. But if you are looking for a great B&B in a good location with free parking, considerate staff and a hearty breakfast, this is an excellent option.

If by chance I should have the pleasure to be in North Wales again, I will try to stay here.

we have just returned from a two night stay at the annan, we were impressed and will definately return.
the hotel is very well situated, only a minute from the shops and bars and 3 to 4 minutes walk to the beech. the tram station is also only minutes away.
a big plus is that the hotel has its own car park so very safe to leave your car. the rooms are spotless and the breakfast fantastic.
it has free wifi but we could not access this in our rooms only in the lounge area
i will definately recommend this hotel to any one wanting a loverly peaceful stay in llandudno.

This was our first time in a hotel so we didn't really know what to expect but wow were we surprised at the attention to detail and the helpfulness of the staff especially ELAINE who couldn't do enough for us to make our stay really special and she is a diamond as she catered for our every need and she was there to greet us even though we get there until 9.00pm.

We will be staying again later on in the year and this hotel is the tops especially if you like your full english breakfast as they do a wonderful breakfast and considering my partner is a fussy eater they couldn't do enough to cater for her tastes in food.

I would recommend this hotel especially if like us you are new to hotels as you wont be dissapointed with your stay here as they really do put the guests first and Andy and Debbie both make you feel at home as soon as you arrive at the hotel and they aren't afraid to go the extra mile to make your stay a really enjoyable experience that you wont forget.

We wouldn't hesitate in giving this hotel 10/10 just alone for the incredible service and if we could give extra points for the quality of the rooms then we would as they were really spotless and so all in all a really pleasant stay for 2 days which we thoroughly enjoyed.
