I have long used this home from home when visiting \Llandudno. There is always a warm friendly welcome from Edna and Phil. The rooms are spacious and extremely well decorated and maintained. They go out of there way to help, even accomodating looking after our bikes overnight. Breakfast has a huge range of choice and suits all tastes and appetites. Complimentary tea and coffee and lovely biscuits greet you , with complimentary shower and soaps/shower hats and soft towels and bathrobes.
We look forward to staying there again and would recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: All rooms are great

Just off the main shopping street so not obvious where it is. The quality of the rooms and fittings would not be out of place in a four star hotel. Phil and Edna ( the owners) make every effort to ensure your stay is most pleasurable, offering you an excellent choice of breakfast fare before you go out fir the day. A homely visitor lounge contains a fridge to cool your wine for later, wine glasses and a corkscrew/ bottle opener are already in your room along with a selection of biscuits and hot drinks.
Would recommend this guest house to anyone, the only problem is you need to ring and book to be sure a room is available as its so popular. Once you have been, you will keep coming back for sure.

This traditional B&B is situated in a good location a short distance from the seafront and lots of shops and bars. It is a lovely old house which appears Victorian. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and well kept. The only issue I had was the room size was small for two people.
The bed was also rather hard and uncomfortable. The windows in the room are low so it would have been nice to have had some type of net curtains. The room being so small you were forced to walk right past the window to use the small on-suite bathroom.

Room Tip: Get a look at the room size before you agree to book.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review , . Ii am sorry to see you think your room was too small.
If you had let us know , We could have moved you to a larger room , (at no extra cost as all our rooms cost the same ). Rooms 20 and 19 , room 19 having a King size bed
Our en-suite is new, its fitted with a 1200mm shower which is larger than most other b/bs ,
The window is low , How ever its fitted with roll up blind ,
The beds may be too soft for some and too hard for others .
Lets now forget you were booked as a single person , How ever two people booked in and you was not too keen paying the extra .
Thanks Phil

Stayed just one night with a friend. I will definitely return to this hotel if I go back to Llandudno in the near future. The room we had was not huge but clean cosy and well dressed. I hate huge pillows as I have a bad neck, so I was very pleased that there was a choice of 2 each, one thin and one thick, so great for me. Nice china mugs a kettle tea, coffee and biscuits in the room and a very welcome cork screw and 2 wine glasses. A hair dryer and good sized TV, though batteries were duff in the remote. The ensuite was a small shower room but clean and perfectly adequate for a short break. 2 hand towels would have been nice but hey for one night it was fine.
The breakfast was excellent. Fresh juice fruit yoghurt and cereal if you wanted it. The cooked breakfast offered a wonderful choice and was beautifully cooked. Perfect poached eggs, fresh toast and a good pot of tea or coffee. Nothing was too much trouble.
Not far from the sea front yet far enough down the road to be quiet at night. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: If you are there for a week then perhaps try and ask for a room on the 1st floor which I should imag...

Beautiful guest house. Excellent hospitality and breakfast. Excellent parking. It's a short walk to the promenade and all attractions. We've already booked again for next year and may fit in another visit this summer. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Llandudno.

Room Tip: I recommend room 4 the Tower room.

We had a nice warm welcome from Phil.
First impressions were clean, tidy, nice surroundings. Our room (21) was bright, airy and very comfortable. Bed was spotless and sheets smelt fresh !!
Decent nights sleep, hot shower in & a decent cooked breakfast.
We look forward to returning :)
