Booked this B&B as it had on site parking which we like for the bike, frontage was block paved which was perfect and also had rear parking so ample for the rooms. Shown to our room which was located on the first floor, bright and airy with lovely décor, pale blue and white. Tea/coffee making facilities and wine glasses with a bottle opener if you wanted to bring one back, nice touch.

Shower room was lovely with white/beige tiled floor and walls and accent wall of black, glass enclosure that you walked through and into (no door).

Room recently decorated I later found out and a real credit to them

Break fast was chosen the night before on a tick sheet, full English available but you could pick and choose and therefore not be wasteful. Poached eggs available alongside scrambled and fried. Usual cereals but nice choice of fresh fruits, strawberries, kiwi, grapes, melon, pineapple to add - very good

Would recommend this B&B without a problem, owner very nice/friendly and the B&B is spotless

Room Tip: Room 5 recently decorated but plans to do them all up moving forward

This was our third stay here and I must say that it gets better every time. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the shower is really good. The is a very large tv mounted on the wall and a plentiful supply of tea and coffee. Although we were on the top floor it didn't prove to be any problem. It is the little things that make Crickleigh House stand out above the others, like a bowl of sweets in reception and a dish of jelly babies in your room.
You are given a menu to fill in for your cooked breakfast and you also have the choice of various cereals and fresh fruit and juices. Plenty of toast and tea and coffee, nothing is too much trouble for Phil and Edna. Be wary though it does get booked up so book early

Room Tip: Book early

My wife and I booked this at the last minute and it was the last available room. When we arrived we were greeted by one of the owners and I have to say this was the nicest greeting we have had. Normally you have a receptionist just doing their job however 'Edna' (the owner) made us feel like not only an important guest but a member of the family.

Our room being the last available was probably the smallest, however it was a pleasant and very clean room.

Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. You are asked to fill in a form the night before where you can tick your requirements. We were far from disappointed. The food was cooked to perfection and coffee was served in a cafetiere.

Will will certainly be going back.

Room Tip: Book early

a great find only 5 minutes from seafront yet far enough away to have free parking and be relatively quiet. The noisiest things were the seagulls through the night! Phil and Edna were very welcoming and breakfast was good. Our room number 4 had a four poster bed and a lovely view of Great Orme in the distance. We would certainly stay again.

Room Tip: room 4 at front has good view of Great Orme

It was my first time to visit North Wales specifically Llandudno.A friend of mine recommended this B&B with stellar marks. True enough, it was. Conveniently situated near local shops, train station and of course the beach! Room was very clean and I loved the smell of my bathroom towel - smelled like heaven even after 3 uses! Breakfast was lovely tho' i had a special request but not granted it wasn't enough to put me off from coming back to this place again. Highly recommended :)

Room Tip: our room was close to the road but it was surprisingly quiet apart from the screaming seagulls early...

Quiet comfortable B & B with an excellent breakfast {probably the best we've had}, Our room was on the top floor, comfortable and very clean, although it might be a problem if your not to mobile as it was three floors up.Bathroom looked newly fitted to a good standard.Restaurants, pubs, and beach all a 5 minutes walk .Phil and Edna were good hosts a thank you to them

Room Tip: Higher floors quite a steep climb

Overall a fantastic experience at this B&B. We stayed in room 4 my parents stayed in room 5. Both to a very high standard. Edna was a fantastic host really made us feel at home. Location was also great just a 5 Min walk to all the amenities in Llandudno. Nice and quiet in the evening. The morning breakfast was really tasty with plenty of choice and what seemed like unlimited toast.
Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Thanks Edna and Phil.
