Stayed one night on 19 August. Lovely guest house, spotlessly clean. Room well appointed and very comfortable bed. Location excellent, only few minutes from centre but very quiet. Breakfast was very good, continually asked if you would like more tea, coffee, toast etc. Proprietors very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here this past weekend with grandchild and elderly mother. Very pleasant and clean guesthouse and would definately stay here again.
Our rooms were on the first floor - we shared a family room with our grand-daughter and mum had the single room. Rooms were lovely and clean with big fluffy white towels and memory foam mattresses - very comfy. Mum had difficulty with the stairs, but as we booked late, we didnt really have a choice.
Breakfast was very good with cerelas, fruit and yoghurt, cooked breakfast and taost and marmalade/jams. Don did offer to take mum breakfast in bed but she declined :-) Don was extrremely pleasant at all times and very accommodating, we didnt meet Janet at all until check out.
We dined out in Mostyn St both nights, once at the Buttercup restaurant at the top end (but only because Home Cookin was queued outside and we couldn't wait) and also at Coffee restaurant I think it was called - both adequate that's all. We didnt go out drinking at night but stayed in the very pleasant and roomy guest lounge, watching tv and playing games and having drinks from the bar. We did actually take in our own drinks after clearing it with Don, as his bar was very limited.
Parking is available in the pay and display church yard across the road but always after about 5.30pm each evening, you could park outside the guesthouse.
Would definately stay here again.

Overall the best thing about this place is the value for the cost. Big rooms, a nice lounge, bar, WIFI, breakfast, security, the list goes on and on. The staff was very nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This hotel is SPOTLESS. I mean clean as a whistle. I'm OCD about cleaning, but this place is probably the cleanest, neatest hotel I've stayed at in a long time. I tried to find something dirty and had no luck. Whomever is doing the housekeeping is top notch! The building is also in immaculate shape as far as upkeep goes. Not a loose screw or anything broken in sight. Keep up the good work!

The only thing I didn't care for was the bed (personal preference). It was very soft and spongy, with not enough support for me. I slept ok, but we only stayed one nite. If we were staying longer, I probably would've tried for a different bed or different room.

The best part of the Karden House was it's fantastic location, easy walking distance to anywhere you would want to go in Llandudno. The next best thing was the price (including breakfast), and that they would allow us to book for one night only.

The room was adequate, a little dark and worn out, though I hear they are replacing the beds room by room. The owners were nice and welcoming and overall it fit our needs. Parking is free, and even if you have to park a few blocks away during the day, there is always parking in front in the evening.

Only stayed here overnight as my partner had a job in a nearby town. Parking was easy just outside the door and we were given a warm welcome and were shown up to our room. It was a large, clean, well furnished family room with a modern bathroom and the bed was soooooooooo comfortable. Nicely cooked breakfast included in the price which was very reasonable-stayed in higher priced establishments in Llandudno which were not as good as here.

My wife and I booked this hotel for an overnight stay, the room was booked through Lastrooms.com
It very affordable which was initially very attractive as we were only staying for one night, just somewhere to put our heads down at the end of the day.

We were greeted by the lady of the house and shown to our room which was small but very nicely presented and had a modern feel that really impressed us, as the property looked like a standard fare seaside B&B.

Memory foam matress on the bed and very comfy bed linen (we were told that all rooms would be memory foam but were not at that point) made our nights sleep deep and relaxing. A decent ensuite shower, small flat screen tv with freeview and nice decor gave the room the feeling that it was a shrunk down version of a room in a much bigger hotel.

We had booked for breakfast aswell as the nights stay, we were promptly greeted in the breakfast room, which was downstair (in the basement). A very bright and airy room, I believe the room doubled as a bar. Natural yoghurt and fresh fruit withcereal to start followed by a grilled english breakfast, plenty of tea and toast made for a great start to the day.

The location of the hotel, was just perfect, not too far from anything in the town (well within walking distance 2 min if that), but far enough of the main road to be quiet.

A total gem of a hotel. On the outside it is well presented but still looks like a standard B&B, but on the inside a great little getaway.
