Just returned from a two night stay in this beautiful bed and breakfast. In a word EXCELLENT. Price, service and location are all exceptional. Thanks to the owners we had a wonderful stay which was in no small part due to the first class customer care shown by all staff to your guests.

Room Tip: Room 3 was perfect for our needs. 2 grandparents and our granddaughter.

This is a moel of how B&Bs should be done. Clean friendly modern and welcoming. Breakfast hot and hearty and the costs are reasonable. I expect the thing you are most likely to complain about is not being able to book because it is full.
On a minor deail I had the single room which is en suite with toilet and wash hand basin but the shower room is cross the corridor. You can walk from the train station in about 10 minutes the B&B is centrally located. If you plan to park and arrive later in the evening you might want to check about parking spaces.

If I stay in the area again this would be my first choice.

Room Tip: I looked in several and they all looed lovely.

We were booked into somewhere else that turned out to be so terrible we couldn't stay and they squeezed us in here at very short notice. The room was absolutely spotless, the people were incredibly friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate us. The breakfast was absolutely superb. All in all, quality accommodation and great value for money. Thanks for a great weekend :-)

On our way back home from another venue we decided to spend a couple of days in Llandudno and chanced upon Rosedene. We have never had such luck. Andy and Jayne were friendly, wecoming and were more than happy to show us a room. It was lovely - modern, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. No dusty corners or mould-blackened en-suite here! Quite simply the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. Breakfast was amazing! You couldn't be better looked after. Congratulations, Jayne and Andy!!!

We stayed 3 nights here. They are very friendly welcoming hosts and made us a hot drink upon arrival and taking us to our room. Nice touch!
There are around 10 rooms at this location. The room & ensuite are nicely decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast is between 8.30-9.15 daily which could consist of black pudding, eggs, bacon etc. Also fresh fruit and cereals, yoghurt. I had prearranged bringing my own gluten free bread for toast each morning and they were happy to cook this and serve whatever else I wanted.
Parking- The street gets congested during the daytime( because close to main centre) but frees up after 5pm. No problem getting a park nearby.

Room Tip: I think any room would be quite.
