“Marvellous stay in this hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 August 2013

We spent three nights in this hotel, the staff were very efficient and friendly. Service at breakfast was second to none and the breakfast itself was first class. Room was extremely clean and spacious and tastefully furnished. We have been to Llandudno many times and stayed at some of the larger and more expensive hotels but The Wilton Hotel will in future be our first choice. The hotel definitely deserves its 4 star rating. Looking forward to returning soon.

We spent an overnight in this delightful little hotel located on North Parade just off the promenade, and minutes away from shops, pier etc. It only has a couple of parking spaces, but there is lots of cheap or even free parking further along Gloddaeth Street. The hotel is small but the owner and staff are very friendly, and there is a comfortable ambience about the hotel – even down to an honesty box for drinks in the shared lounge. We had a superior room, which was spacious with a first floor bay window, and it was immaculately clean. The bed was large and comfortable, and the en-suite shower/toilet was spotless, whilst the shower was strong and hot. Breakfast had a range of fruits including strawberries and melon, and cereals, and a substantial English breakfast that was well cooked, and very tasty. The price of £79 a night for B&B was very reasonable. I’ve not always been enamoured of small hotels, which can be variable in quality, but I’m very happy to recommend this one. Good value, fine location, clean facilities and a tasty breakfast – definitely worth a visit.

Room Tip: No lift, so if you have mobility problems ask for a first floor room

Stayed for 3 nights after our children had brought us some vouchers for our pearl wedding anniversary. The hotel was lovely and the owners very friendly and welcoming. The hotel lives up to the glowing reports on here. The breakfast is very filling and keeps you fuelled up all day. Starting off with a fresh fruit salad before a very filling full breakfast. Very close to the seafront, shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely be on a return visit. The fresh cut flowers in the lounge were a nice added touch

Booked for a short 3-night break at this hotel. I cannot fault it. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, good choice. Bacon and eggs were a must! Excellent location, right in the centre, close to shops, pier, beach, etc. Parking is a little tricky but even then the owner has some passes which they can let you have. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Wilton, many thanks!

We booked this from the good reviews on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed.
Very well located for central Llandudno, handy for the great prom, shops and all amenities.
Spotlessly clean and well appointed hotel with helpful owners.
Breakfasts are very good, tasty with good fresh local produce cooked to order. Just loved the fresh strawberries & melon each morning.
We booked room 4 for 4 nights and would definitely recommend this room. Very modern with great views, ideal for people watching!

Thank you for taking the time to write your comments especially before you even got home!!
Room 4 is our most popular room, having just been refurbished and with the big bay window, ideal to people watch as you mentioned. Hopefully you will make another visit to Llandudno and the Wilton in the future. Jo

Stayed at Th Wilton 21-22July for a short getaway for my wife's 30th and I am so glad that I picked this lovely place.
I had picked The Ambassador but, after reading reviews, cancelled...scouring tripadviser lead me to The Wilton and all if the glowing reviews are correct!
We stayed in a Superior room and it was pretty much as good as The Hilton Dunblane Superior room that we had for our engagement.
The room was finished to a very high standard and the bathroom was gorgeous.
A nice big bed and leather chairs and a table looking out onto the pier...who could ask for more, especially for £80 a night...considering that the Hilton cost is £700 for 3 nights...definitely value for money at The Wilton!!!
People aren't lying when they mention the breakfast, it is served in a well thought out dining room and you can last all day on one helping!
The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their faces...just makes you want to stay longer!
There are a few parking spaces at the back and they have a few permits for the road but you can park in the road all day for £3(it's £3 for 2 hrs near where we live!)
All in all...A WONDERFUL PLACE TO SPEND A RELAXING TIME AWAY!
