“Seven day stay”
Reviewed 14 September 2012 via mobile

My wife and I have just stayed for seven days and wish to say that it is almost oil possible to find fault
The suite is very large and luxurious in true Victorian decor all your needs are seen to even to supplying fresh coffee making facility and home made biscuits daily. The continental breaks at is extremel well done and eating in the restaurant proved to be of the highest quality and very good value
Well worth the 7 hour drive each way from devon

After our recent stay here I can highly recommend it.
Beautiful furnishings completed to a very high spec.
The beds are luxurious, and had such a peaceful nights sleep, as the area is so quiet, even the seagulls.

Room Tip: All the rooms are Quiet

4 of us went for a girls meal out, we all chose from the set menu with 3 courses for £19.95.

Each course had a nice selection
As starters 2 of us had rocket, parmesan n sun blush tomato salad, 1 pate 1 creamed garlic mushrooms on brioche, all very tasty. Mains 2 steaks, cooked to perfection,, 1 lamb shank 1 salmon, we ordered different sides and shared them.
Desserts were, a chocolate pot, 2 summer puddings and the trio of ices..

We all thought the food was fab, and we ended the night with coffees in the lounge, we will definately return

This is not our first visit to Osborne House. I frequently stay at the Empire, its sister hotel just up the road, which I love, but the Osborne is a notch up.

There are only 6 rooms, all are suites with a large sitting room with a fireplace that works and candles, a beautiful opulent bedroom and a lovely bathroom with fabulous shower and a roll top bath should you feel inclined. The views are wonderful. They offer a continental breakfast brought to your room, however, we preferred to walk up to the Empire for a cooked to order breakfast that never disappoints.

Staff are friendly and accommodating without being obtrusive, the restaurant offers a good choice at surprisingly reasonable prices.

Well worth every penny

Room Tip: lower floors are posher but more expensive

Me & my partner stayed here for our 2nd anniversary, in the top suite. It was absoloutley beautiful and so romantic. The restaraunt is also the most romantic one I have ever seen, and the food is excellent, we have eaten here on many occassion and are currently saving up to stay here again (as it is £175 a night, but well worth the money) It is perfect for a romantic weekend for couples of all generations!

We stayed at Osborne House to celebrate a special birthday earlier this week and loved every minute of it. We were looking for style, comfort and luxury and got all of these things in abundance! Our room - 104 - was gorgeous and huge and the attention to detail; candles, fresh milk and home made biscuits, flowers, breakfast served to your room etc was fantastic. We have stayed in many very beautiful hotels but the combination of the luxurious suite, great Restaurant and wonderful views would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. We will definitely return and stay longer next time. Treat yourself - it is really worth every penny.

Room Tip: There are only 7 suites and I think they are all very special.

There are places that are "special". There are places that are "really special". Then there is Osborne House.

With the price of the room, we were expecting something out of the ordinary. But nothing can prepare you for quality of Osborne House.

The room was out of this world. There are only 7 suites where there used to be 25 rooms, so the space is easily the best we have ever encountered in a hotel, and the quality of the furnishings and fittings is superb. But the real bonus is that you also get a great night's sleep.

Breakfast in your room, overlooking Llandudno's fabulous pier and promenade, is lovely touch.

We were expecting the service to be a bit stuffy and overly formal. We couldn't have been further from the truth. The level of service was exceptional; nothing is too much trouble. What was unusual is that this service was delivered in the friendliest, most relaxed style we have ever encountered. After staying for 4 nights we came to realise that this is down to the manager Jo, and her team. Jo is an amazing lady. During our stay, apart from her management duties, we saw her as receptionist, barmaid, waitress, room service and probably several others I can't remember. Her staff have a very high regard for her, and are all as flexible as she is.

4 nights at Osborne House is vastly more relaxing than a fortnight in any average hotel, and not having to do the airport thing twice is better than words can describe.

So, if you want to celebrate a special occasion or just want to feel pampered for a few days, Osborne House is the place for you.
