From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were made to feel like one of the family. The room was excellent and the king-size bed was really comfortable - despite what some Americans may think! The full English breakfast kept us going until dinner time. Gwynneth even provided grapefruit especially for me as I am allergic to oranges - what service! The house is a fine example of Victorian architecture and retains many of its original features. We were lucky enough to park right outside but the road is very wide and there were always plenty of spaces nearby. I would certainly use this hotel again and i recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: Ask for room 3 - it has a four-poster bed!

A very pleasant three day stay , excellent breakfasts with good quality bacon and eggs etc, staff friendly and professional in service. Our room and en suite were spotlessly clean and we loved the comfortable four poster bed and matching period furniture.
The guest lounge was calm and relaxing with lots of information of the area, again loved the decor.
We will book in here again.!

Went to the resort for a three day break. Received a very warm welcome. The room (no1) was spacious with plenty of good storage facilities, spotlessly clean, recently decorated and had a good sized ensuite and the beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal as it is only yards away from the lovely promenade and there is always plenty of free street parking in this quieter part of the town. It is only ten or fifteen minutes leasurely pictuesque walk to the town centre. The bay with the Gt Orme overlooking it is one of the most spectacular views of any UK resort (have been to plenty) The breakfast was really good quality, freshly served in a tastefully furnished dining room. Would stay here again and would highly recommend

I stayed here for a couple of days with some friends. We all thought it was excellent value for money with very good breakfasts, including a veggie option. We felt very well looked after and relaxed. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and well stocked hospitality trays. The bathrooms were a good size but a little on the basic side with showers that were adequate. We stayed in a twin room (No. 6)on the top floor. The stairs were fine for us but could be an issue for someone less mobile but I have no doubt that the friendly landlady would be more than helpful.

Room Tip: Request a room at the front for a good view.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Anita - I am sorry if you found the stairs too much, your friend that stayed in the room with you, was as you know a past guest and she particularly requested the room on the second floor as this is her favourite room. Unfortunately none of our showers are power showers as we are limited on the number of electric showers we can have (B&B regulations) Kind Regards, Gwynneth

We stayed here for the second time this Easter and had a fantastic time.
The location is great, very quiet with lots of free on street parking, something that you don't get in the town centre. It is only a short and very pleasant walk along the promenade to centre of Llandudno.
The rooms were very nicely presented and extremely comfortable with all the facilities that you would expect from a high class B&B and more.
Breakfast was delicious and set us up nicely for the day, we certainly weren't left feeling hungry!
If you are looking for a warm welcome, great facilities, food and location then the Craiglands is the place to be.

This guest house is just on the edge of town but is in easy walking to the town centre and only 40 yards from the beach. A very quite street and great parking. The guest house was fab very up todate and the breakfast started you off for the day.

They were very welcoming to you and would do anything to help you while you were staying with them. We will be coming back soon.
