Fantastic period Victorian bed & breakfast guest house. Proprietors Gwynneth & Phillip provide a warm welcome to all their guests. Have stayed here before and found the service and excellent breakfast of a consistently high standard !! Craigsland B&B provides a warm , cosy ,friendly , retreat. It is situated in the quiet part of Llandudno promenade , with plenty of unreserved on road parking. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Craigsland to anyone , you will not be disappointed !! Thank you Gwynneth & Phillip for making our stay with you so enjoyable , thanks also to theThai lady who serves the breakfasts etc she is very pleasant and has been christened " The Singing Waitress " by several guests there.

Warm and friendly, clean and comfortable - what more could you want? Well, someone prepared to go the extra mile to make sure I got an early breakfast was very welcome. Convenient for the convention centre and an easy walk to shops, as well as being just round the corner from the seafront. This will be my first choice next time I am in Llandudno.

Room Tip: The room with the four-poster bed was lovely.

This was a lovely B&B, the room was clean and nicely decorated. Full english breakfast was really nice, the fact I had my own key for the front door was convenient as it meant I could freely go in and out as I chose. The area was nice and quiet so there were no disturbances, it was only a 15 minute walk to the pier and the main town which is convenient to go for food and the amusements. Overall I had a lovely weekend break!

Room Tip: I stayed in Room 2 and it was lovely

Overall, very friendly (smiley / singing lovely breakfast lady). Breakfast was excellent - great bacon etc. Could have done with more fresh fruit options. Room was good, clean and well maintained, comfy bed and good facilities with exception of shower. Weak water pressure made it a bit tricky to get shampoo out of hair. The whole place could do with a spruce up, but for £65 a night B&B, it was good value and would recommend to someone coming to Llandudno.

this b+b was very well run and friendly. The staff were helpful, the rooms clean and little touches such as the huge DVD collection available to guests were all appreciated.
the breakfast was really nice and there was a number of options you could have (and I dont just say food is 'nice') it was high quality stuff.

the limitations were beyond the owners control-
at least a 20 minute flat walk to town (lovely for us but if we were fat/old/disabled it would have been tough or had it been raining)
room size-was pretty cosy and could barely move in the shower but they did make the small rooms as nice as possible. but is a b+b not a hotel

if we went back to this town we would use this b+b again for sure

Very friendly, very comfortable and extremely clean indeed! Also, very quiet area - away from hustle and bustle of the main part of the town. Would certainly recommend for peace and quiet and long prom walks!
