Stayed here 4 nghts in August in room 6. We had a 'bed goes up,' 'bed goes down' which was great. The room was comfy and modern as was all the hotel. Dining room was nice and well decorated. This Hotel was bang up to date and not stuck in the past like so many flowery offerings in the UK.
The breakfast was excellent, always hot and well cooked, I really enjoyed the sausage and black pudd.(plenty of other choices inc smoked salmon)
Location wise was perfect on the edge of the Orme with ample parking and next to the beach..10 mins walk to town centre. Mark and Joni were very welcoming and always had time for a chat. I would highly recommend this hotel to all. Not overpriced offering good value for ur ££££.
Hope to return as we found LLandudno pleasing.
Stayed with my wife and son.

The hostel is in a very nice location; close to the water. Plenty of free parking around. I stayed in room 5 that I felt a little small even for one person - no shelves in the cupboard for clothes; no shelf in the bathroom for personal toiletries. The breakfast however was vey nice and the couple running the B+B is very kind.

We stayed in family room, jacuzzi bath was lovely feature. Breakfast was well cooked and presented with good quality ingredients. Owners very very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was being in family room once the sofa bed was out there was very little room to move around but that was explained when booking. Would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed in July and had a lovely 4 night stay. The hosts Joni and Mark were very pleasant and helpful thorughout the stay. The hotel is situated on the west bay, which in my opinion is the best side. The rooms are set out tastefully.

Plenty of parking but you can still be in the main part of Llandudno in 10 - 15 mins. The west side also meant beatiful sunsets. All in all a very good stay

Word of advice, have the evening meal. The meals were really good and good value for money.

Will definitely return.

Room Tip: rooms on the back are sea view

Just returned from a one-night's stay, and we are all very relaxed and feel we have been away for more than two days. Obviously the sun helped, but the Clontarf played a huge part. Mark & Joni are welcoming (cup of tea upon arrival); our rooms were small but very well-designed (and not overdesigned!), clean and well-appointed (& there are larger rooms); location perfect near the quieter and beautiful west shore, & Great Orme; excellent information/ holiday hints book plus just the right level of targeted info from Mark & Joni; sea views (over roof-tops, and lovely); good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and recommend wholeheartedly.

This is my very favourite place to stay. Mark and Joni are friendly, accommodating hosts and the hotel is chic and comfortable. The food is delicious with an extensive choice for breakfast and dinner. Hate leaving but always pleased if I know I have my next stay already booked.

We had booked 3 nights in this hotel after reading the fabulous reviews on tripadvisor, and it certainly lived up to its reputation and more. Both Mark and Joni are hospitable in every way, the welcome is a warm one and the hotel is immaculate. Much pride, thought and creativity has gone into making this unique hotel simply perfect!
The rooms are each individual and beautifully presented catering for every persons tastes, our rooms were well stocked with little treats such as tea, coffee, aero hot chocolate, biccies, foxes sweeties and bottles of water! And in the bathrooms are sumptuous L’Occitane products to use, as well as thoughtful extras such as cotton wool pads and cotton buds. The beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious and plenty of information included, as well as Mark and Joni on hand to help and guide you as required.
Breakfast was yummy, lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals and fruit juices to choose from along with the good old fashioned option of the full welsh and many other options such as omelettes, bagels, fish choices!
The location of the hotel is perfect, with ample free parking on an uncongested road (unlike other seafront properties). The main hub is literally 10-15 minutes walk away and apart from the odd side street is mainly on the flat. This really is a gem of a hotel, down to earth owners who are helpful and friendly and make every effort possible to make your stay special, you won’t be disappointed!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Metropolitan and Enchanted rooms, both were gorgeous and comfortable!
