My husband and I had a great stay at Adcote House. It is for mature adults - and we were by far the youngest (in our early 40's) - but we didn't feel out of place. Tony was very welcoming and had lots of ideas on restaurants and places to see in town as well as in North Wales. The room was very clean and was a good size, and the bathroom was fantastic! Breakfast was tasty and made-to-order. Thanks Anne and Tony!

On arrival we discovered a street full of B&B's. So why this one. Your hosts Anne and Tony do everything possible to assist you and add value to your stay. We needed to modify our booking by one day, Anne was understanding and very helpful. We spent 3 nights at this lovely house staying in the Conwy Suite. The room was lovely and spacious with windows over the street and a sitting area with two comfy chairs. Adcote House is well located to enable you to walk around town and down to the beach and the pier.
From the moment we arrived Tony went out of his way to assist us. He has researched the local restaurants. My advice, follow his recommendations. We had three very nice evening meals at restaurants all in easy walking distance. After breakfast each day we had a little chat with Tony about options for the day and roads to take. Unfamiliar with the area these little chats helped our daily planning and helped enhance our stay.
I can say with all honestly that after nearly 6 weeks of traveling this was one of our favourite Bed & Breakfast stays.

We recieved a warm welcome from Anne and Tony, which, put us at ease immediately. We both felt very much at home at Adcote House .Every effort was made, to make our stay a memorable one - we simply could not have asked for more .The house is quiet, and, relaxing ,tastefully furnished in accordance with the period when it was built. We both enjoyed the full English breakfast which was plentiful! It is an exellent location close to attractions and shops etc.We will certainly book another stay here, and, would not hesitate to recommend to others. Also,it was great to be able to park the car,on Adcote's car park, and, forget it for a while!

Room Tip: Front rooms are lighter, and more spacious.

Anne and Tony run an excellent Bed and Breakfast Guest House. On arrival we were greeted enthusiastically by Tony who showed us to our room "The Adcote Suite". It was comfortable and lived up to expectation. The sitting room is lovely with everything provided for a pleasant stay . The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable double bed. The en-suite is of a good size as is the shower cubicle. As vegetarians cooked breakfast is difficult, having to choose what we can from a standard meat eaters menu, however we knew this when making the booking and what we did eat was tasty and there were also plenty of cereals and fruit etc.. The Guest House is in easy walking distance of all the local restaurants and attractions.
I have no hesitation in recommending Adcote House.

Both the hotel and the service were excellent. Iv'e never been in a hotel so quiet. It was recommended by some friends and I will have no hesitation in doing the same. The location is good for amenities in the town with many restaurants within easy walk. The ones recommended by Tony were more than good. The town itself is in a good position for many days out.
