Rooms were immaculate, spacious and delightful to stay in. Breakfasts excellent with express but personal service. The dining, lounge and other shared areas were also very clean and restful. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel is well placed - near enough to walk easily to the beach, shops, pier, Orme tramway and sightseeing bus stops but very quiet at night and with easy road links for travel by car. The whole experience contributed to a lovely holiday.

A big thank you to Anne and Tony for their fantastic hospitality last weekend. They were very welcoming and catered for all our needs. The room was immaculate, clean, comfy and came with lots of little extras such as wine glasses/ corkscrew, DVD player and DVDs and cotton wool. The hotel is quiet and on a lovely wide street with only a short walk to the beach and pier. Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9am only but is worth getting up for! The full welsh breakfast is served piping hot which Iiked. My partner is on a gluten/ wheat free diet but Anne and Tony were very happy to help out. We took our own bread but they actually had some of their own too to cater for special diets. All in all a great place and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Thanks Tony for making us so welcome during our 2 night stay with you last week .
Anne's Bacon and Scrambled Egg was the best we have ever had! Breakfast served instantly and really hot.
Our Standard Double Room that we booked surprised us with lots of little extras, such as face cloths, tissues, cotton wool balls and if needed extra blankets and a hot water bottle! A good size room and en-suite bathroom.
My husband loved all the framed pictures that were all over your home so he spent some time looking at them with such interest.
Our first try at having Bed and Breakfast anywhere and hope to return as we also loved the fact that you only take Adults so it was lovely and peaceful.

This was our first trip to Llandudno and our stay at the Adcote House was perfect. We were made to feel very welcome, the rooms (we stayed in a suite) were immaculate and well equipped. Tony recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at which was very useful. The B&B is a short walk away from the main high street and north promenade. Breakfast was excellent, although a bit early for us (8.30 to 9.00am). Highly recommended.

Adcote House is just perfect for any couple wanting a relaxing break in beautiful Llandudno. The room was extremely comfortable with a nice seperate sitting area and everywhere was so spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and the owners were brill, very very friendly. For anyone who's looking for luxury accommodation at a price which does'nt break the bank, we would strongly recommend Adcote House. The best we've staying in by far, will definitely return again soon. Adrian & Sharon.

There seems to be no end to the accommodation choices in the beautiful seaside town of Llandudno, and you could not do better than to chose charming Adcote House. This was our 2nd stay in just over a year and this current experience most definitely lived up to the memory. The entire establishment shows care and attention to detail from the beautifully finished and decorated rooms to the hot, filling full breakfast and spotless housekeeping. Our Jr. Suite had a separate sitting area, DVD’s & player, tea/coffee supplies and a mini-fridge re-stocked daily with bottled water. The suggested eateries in the Guest Book were a great source of terrific meals for us and the free wi-fi, although a bit slow in our 3rd floor room was appreciated. Bedding and linens were quite comfy. There were 2 housecoats in the cupboard with extra pillows and blankets if needed. As an adults only, no-pets accommodation, it was always quiet day or night. (Except for the noisy seagulls that is!) We liked that it is situated off the main roads of town, not quite half way between the 2 shores. An easy walk to just about anywhere you might like to go. Anne and Tony are wonderful hosts and the atmosphere and experience of your stay will show how much they love what they do!
