“Better than many hotels”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 October 2010

This is an excellent luxury B&B, tastefully decorated throughout; very comfortable rooms; a good place to spend a relaxing break. Tony was very friendly from the moment we arrived, gave us good advice on local walks and eating places. Nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent breakfast every day - the worst thing was having to leave.

When we wanted to stay in Llandudno we came to Tripadvisor and saw the excellent reviews about the Adcote. I think there were over a hundred reviews and they were all 5 star. AND they weren't wrong. Here is a gem of a place, a real find and a great place to stay. Pile up all the superlatives and they still wouldn't be enough for the excellence of the hotel/B&B.
Here is why my wife and I love the place:

* Attention to detail
* Excellent and personal service
* Great rooms - We had No 8 - a suite. Plenty of space
* Customer care - in everything that Tony/Anne do the customer is "King"
* Great sense of Humour
* Excellent atmosphere amongst the guests
* Cleanliness - everywhere is spotless
* Good parking
* Breakfasts - excellent
* Information pack - excellent

There is nothing about this Hotel which one could complain about. We will certainly be going back again. It was really great as a base for our exploration of Llandudno and the North Wales scenery. Well done Tony on being the perfect host and enjoy your time off when you close for the Winter. See you in the Spring!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and we were thoroughly looked after by Tony & Anne. Tony is very knowledgeable about the area and will be able to guide you in the right direction if you need some Ideas. Anne cooks the most wonderful breakfast you could eat ( kept us going all day) ideally placed for shops and restaurants and only three quarters of an hour away from Snowdonia & Anglesey . We loved it

Second visit this year, once again the accomadation was to a very high standard, full English breakfast was superb, close to all the shops and surrounded by fantastic scenery.

We are still here! I really could not wait to leave a review about Adcote House, which is without doubt one of the finest B&Bs we have ever stayed in. We leave the "Adcote Suite" tomorrow morning after an unseasonally sunny and warm 4 days in Llandudno, and I have nothing at all negative to say about Adcote House. Tony greeted us on our arrival, has managed to be equally attentive to all his guests, and has been unstinting in his helpfulness. Although we have not seen any of the other rooms, the breakfast room and lounge are pristine, and the Adcote Suite is immaculately presented, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. We have not yet met Anne (where are you, Anne?), but we HAVE met her excellent breakfasts, probably the best "Full Welsh" in the Principality. This B&B is deservedly No 1 in Llandudno, and we have no doubt that we'll be back. Brilliant!
(Declaration of interest - none)

This was our fourth stay in the Adcote House, and we would never stay anywhere else in Llandudno! The breakfast is amazing, and is always served with a smile! The owners are very friendly and are lovely to chat with. The room was very clean, and contained everything you would need. We can't wait to stay here next year!

My husband and I have just spent a few days at Adcote House and would definitely have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it. The room was spotless and all our needs were provided for. It is in an ideal place with easy access to shops and promenade (level walk to both) and yet it was a very quiet location. Breakfast was plentiful and always well cooked and hot. Tony and Ann had provided a vast array of information, in the room, with regard to sightseeing and places to eat and Tony was always there to advise. We tried three of their restaurant recommendations, which were superb. Adecote House is definitely the best!
