Hotel is well situated on the sea front. Access for elderly/disabled at the main entrance is difficult, no ramp.
The public areas are fine, but the twin room we shared was extremely small and cramped. No room to unpack our clothes. En suite shower again very small. Rooms were clean and tidy but the installation of en suites have made both the rooms and en suites too small to be very user friendly. Again not very suitable for elderly people who may have to use walking sticks etc.
Owners and staff very friendly. Food was adequate but unexciting. Typical package holiday fare.
Concerned that owners or staff do not sleep on site so only guests are there overnight - if you have an emergency have to go downstairs to ring from there - not ideal if there was a real problem.
You get what you pay for if you go there as a coach tour - location is good, welcome and service is good, the rooms let the rest down, and the food was ok but nothing special.More
