Just arrived back today from the Alvastrada. Steve was very helpful and iven offered to carry our cases upstairs to the top floor. The guest house was very clean, nice big rooms with nice hot showers. The cooked breakfast was a treat (lovely) and nothing was too much trouble. We also sat downstairs in the lounge and played games. There was an information book in the rooms of different places and things to do.
It was our first time in Llandudno but there was lots to do and my 8 year old grandaughter didn't want to come home. We ate in the Albert Pub and it was good food. On the day we came back we took our cars from the driveway at 10 am and left them on the roadside outside the guest house until 6pm at night when we left.
We will be going back again as it is in a good area and only 3 streets away from the front.

Just spent 4 nights B&B at The Alvastrada in Llandudno with our granddaughter aged 2.
The room was spotless, the bathroom, had bath toilet and separate shower unit, granddaughter loved this as she could walk in and close the doors; wonderful hot water whenever,
Steve was really helpful, and the breakfasts were worth getting up for.
Would recommend this place to anyone
Pam
Ps. Toys in front room suitable for all children

Room Tip: Very clean, towels were lush to say the least

We stayed for two nights in the family room and booked it on laterooms. It's cash or cheque only but laterooms can give the impression that you have already paid. It was a comfy stay with enough room. The bathroom was nice and big. Breakfast was good and we didn't need to order the second day as Steve remembered our choices from the day before, even with two awkward teenagers. We visited The Albert for tea twice. Just cut up Albert St to get there. Good food there too. We parked outside the b&b with no trouble and didn't need to move the car. Managed the summit of the Great Orme and back but you need good walking legs! We tried the East (Chinese restaurant) just around the corner but would recommend booking on a Saturday (because we couldn't get in!). We would have liked a sea view but we would have had to pay a lot more...in some very dated hotels!

Great place to stay, clean and well kept with only a short walk into town. Steve was a great host, friendly and very helpful. There is a friendly feeling of a small guest house with extra touches of a larger more expensive hotel. This was our first stay but not our last. Thanks Steve for making our weekend, see you again soon.

Only stayed one night but very nice b+b,clean good location, friendly host, lots of nice little touches, including big white fluffy bath towels, drinking choc as well as tea and coffee, and an excellent breakfast, will definately stay again.if you go in the nearby albert pub for evening meal don't forget your wallet as it cost me £7.40 for 2 pints of lager before even ordering food, but food was good.
