“A magical holiday to remember”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 October 2013

We have just returned from yet another fantastic stay at this brilliant hotel. Our holiday this time was even more special as we got married in Llandudno and Carol-Lynn and Ian were our witnesses. We had such a special day and want to thank Carol-Lynn and Ian for going out of there way to help make it a truly magical day. A wedding day to remember. It was perfect. We were really looked after throughout our 12 days staying at this lovely hotel, and just want to thank them both. Really looking forward to our next trip. Love Janice & Alex K-S

We spent 4 nights here this week and enjoyed every minute of it. Ian and Carol-Lynn are so hospitable, and the hotel is clean and comfortable with lovely tasteful decoration. Breakfast was super every morning and nothing was too much trouble even when we ordered "off menu". The honesty bar works brilliantly and the wine by the glass was lovely - and I am very fussy! We will happily recommend this place to anyone and Llandudno is a fabulous base for exploring the area. We are coming back in August to do some of the things we couldn't this time. There are plenty of restaurants and the prom is lovely to walk along or go for a run in the mornings. Lauriston Court truly desreves all it's praise and awards. 10 out of 10 from us!

Room Tip: For us a sea view is a must when staying at the coast, but all the rooms are lovely and you won'...

Thank you both for giving us 10 out of 10....we are thrilled you enjoyed yourselves so much and that you love Llandudno and North Wales, there is so much to do and see that a return trip was inevitable.
Lots of people have visited from the south of the country and have been surprised how lovely it is.
We are happy to try to please in anyway we can...you will see when you return...we will remember your feedback.
In the mean time we send our best to you across the country,
Carol-lynn and Ian :) :)

Just returned after staying for five days. Carol-Lynn and Ian are the perfect hosts and such lovely, warm people and so too were all their staff. This time we stayed in Room 4, which was absolutely lovely with sea view and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Breakfasts were, as always, superb with so much choice. Looking forward to returning next year.

Room Tip: Room 4 has superb views of whole of bay - beautiful!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great stay. Carol-lynn and Ian were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a great location and the room we stayed in (Room 9) had a fantastic view of the promenade, the pier and the sea and was well worth the trio up the stairs! Breakfast each morning was excellent, catering for all requirements. We will definitely be returning.

Thank you both for your review, we appreciate each and every one. Room 9 is one of our cosy double sea view rooms on the top floor of our lovely hotel and as you say has amazing views. We enjoy trying to enhance our guests breaks by having the philosophy that nothing is too much trouble, we are only too pleased to help.
We look forward to you returning to us.

We have stayed at a lot of BnBs here in the US and in Europe and this was the best one ever. Everything was great: Hosts Ian and Carol Ann, the room, breakfast, location, parking, on-site bar for guests, computer in sitting area, etc.

Room Tip: Stayed on main floor and it was very nice.

Stayed for three nights, friendly staff and hosts made for a relaxing stay. Best view in Llandudno included the start of the Cambrian Rally. Excellent breakfasts to set us on our way each morning. Hope to repeat next year

My husband and I stayed for two nights over the weekend. As ever the stay was just perfect. Our Room was Room 1 - the only ground floor room. We have stayed in this room before and while it does not have sea views being at the rear of the property, it is very spacious, comfortable and quiet. From the moment of our arrival to our departure yesterday, there was nothing that was too much trouble. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts, a clean room and a warm welcome. Carol-Lynn and Ian are consistent in proving the reasons why they attain the awards (and the maximum occupancy throughout the year) that they do. I heartily recommend the Lauriston to anyone who is thinking of visiting Llandudno. The town is beautiful, relaxed and friendly. The Lauriston and it's owners, even more so.

We were fortunate enough to be able to watch the start and finish of the Cambrian Car Rally 2013 (part of the GB Rally) whose start/finish line was on the promenade directly opposite the Lauriston. We got some great photographs and it was exciting to watch the cars.

Thank you for another truly wonderful and relaxing stay, with much laughter, good food and a glass or two of wine with good friends. Already looking forward to our next visit! :-)

Room Tip: Room 1 is spacious, quiet and on the ground floor. No sea view as to the rear of the building but a...

There always seems to be something going on into our lovely town, glad that you caught the Cambrian Rally.
We look forward to the next time and hope that it is just as relaxing.
