Stayed here recently with family for my daughters birthday. We had three rooms in total. All rooms were lovely, very clean, decorated beautifully and had everything you would need. All were sea view rooms with wonderful views. Two on the top floor which is a bit of a hike but didn't cause us any problems. Bar area is lovely and a fantastic idea. Location of hotel couldn't be better. The owners arranged our parking as soon as we arrived which was great.
Would recommend it to anyone.

Thank you all for leaving a review for us, it was great to have you stay with us and we are so pleased that you all enjoyed it so much. You are quite right about the climb to the third floor however the views are terrific from there.
The honesty bar is a big hit with guests as our prices are very reasonable and we have a very good selection on offer.
We hope to be able to welcome you all back once again.
Warmest Wishes to you all,
Carol-lynn and Ian :) :)

I've just spent two nights at the friendly Lauriston Court Hotel (22-24 April 2014) and would recommend it to anyone. I stayed in Room 8 (Rear View), and although there was no actual view, the room was clean, fresh and full of charm. I also liked the 'Duck Island' products left in the bathrooom - very pleasant and refreshing. Carol-Lynn and Steffan were lovely and welcoming, which is always appreciated after a long journey. Excellent all round.

Thank you for leaving a review for us, and saying your stay was excellent all round.Room 8 is a lovely room but as you say there is no view as such. Some of our rear rooms are more spacious than the smaller sea view doubles which have amazing sea views.Thank you for saying that your room was bight and fresh, it has a super king size bed in it,lots of guests book this just to have the extra large bed.We only ever use Duck Island products in our bathrooms many guests have expressed how much they like it.
We hope to be able to welcome you back once again in the future.
Warmest Regards,
Carol-lynn and Ian :) :)

We have just returned from a two night stay at the Lauriston Court Hotel, and fully endorse all the positive comments that have been made about this hotel. We stayed in room 7 with fabulous sea view; we particularly liked the contemporary design of the hotels rooms which are finished to a very high standard and immaculately clean.
Carol-lynn and Ian were attentive informative hosts who have the “balance” just right. Breakfast was excellent again with high standards of service.
Carol-lynn said “we just want you to relax when you are here” which is exactly what we did! We hope to return In the future and would fully recommend this hotel.

I visited with my wife and and 5 year old daughter for a night and couldn't fault anything. The hotel's location is perfect, on the beach and a short walk to everything to see and do. The room was great, with excellent fold down bunks for the little one(s) that make a seemingly smallish room in to the Tardis.

And as for the service .... well there is a little Trip Advisor plaque on the front of the hotel stating that in 2013 the Lauristin Court was voted "best hotel in the world for service" out of 650,000 hotels globally in 2013. I won't be surprised if they win it again in 2014. Congratulations

Called in on the off chance for a one night stay. Wanted a sea view room and top floor was available, bit of a hike up all the stairs but fantastic views!! The room was compact, but very clean and tidy and even had dressing gowns in the cupboard. The shower and toilet room, albeit small, was tastefully decorated, and all the soaps and toiletries made it so presentable and homely. Breakfast was exceptional, a fantastic choice and plenty on the plate. Credit to the two young waiters on, who were polite and attentive, I would welcome a return visit with possibly the choice of a larger room with a sea view. Thanks to Carol-Lynn and Ian for a wonderful night in their hotel!!

Room Tip: The room we were in was a bit of a hike up three sets of stairs, and would not suit those with walki...

Thank you for writing for us even though your stay was for only one night. We are always pleased when we are able to accommodate guests who haven't booked perviously. When we won the Best in the World for Customer Service in 2013 we hardly ever had a night available, so its always nice to be able to say yes when people arrive and want to stay by "chance".
We hope to have the opportunity of welcoming you back to stay with us...maybe on a lower floor next time however the views are terrific from the third floor.

Best Wishes,
Carol-lynn and Ian :) :)

Mum and I had a three day break at the Lauriston Court and what a lovely, friendly hotel this is. We got a very warm welcome by Carol-Lynn and Ian made sure we had an ideal parking spot. They both looked after us really well and nothing was too much trouble to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We loved Llandudno and staying here was the icing on the cake. We've already booked for next year so we will be back.
