Hosts wanted to know if anything was not right, so they could rectify.Had a drink at night in the bar, just write down what you had to drink, good prices pay on departure.

Room Tip: Front room was quiet .Secondary glazing never heard a thing, small double room 6.

Carol-Lynn our host was waiting for us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome after our long journey.
My room as requested was quiet at the back of the hotel. Very comfortable room and huge bathroom. The bedding was of a high quality and the bed very comfortable.
The honesty bar was a nice surprise and a refreshing change. Carol- Lynn was on hand to serve drinks and offer any help we may need.
Breakfast was superb and plenty of it. Central location and lovely views to the sea.

I would not stay anywhere else now In Llandudno as this hotel is first class.

Room Tip: Room 5 very quiet at the back of hotel as I am a light sleeper!

Lauriston Court was a perfect home base for a terrific trip we took to northern Wales. Carol-Lynn and Ian are the type of innkeepers who love what they do, and genuinely care about their guests having good visits. I personally saw several instances of their making special arrangements for guests who were leaving early or had some other sort of extraordinary need. My wife and I went hiking during the day of our anniversary (also my birthday) and they had an anniversary card and a birthday card waiting for us went we got back. That's just an example of the sort of thoughtfulness they bring to the place.
The rooms are immaculate. And the breakfast food is very good. Again, when it comes to the food, they do everything they can to accommodate special requests. My wife and I enjoyed the bar/lounge area, especially the Penderyn sherrywood whiskey that they had in stock. And it was great that I was able to use their electric piano located there.

Room Tip: The rooms with the views of course have more noise from the pier and parade areas. But I'd say t...

Thank you both for your review all the way from the USA. We endeavour to give all our guests "Great Service" as your title of your review...nothing is too much trouble for us ever.

We enjoy it especially when guests have never visited Llandudno before, this gives us an opportunity to point out all the terrific places that are on our door step...of which there are many.

We are especially pleased that you had such a lovely celebratory time on the top of Snowdon!
Thank you for playing for us too. Hope your role in the wedding goes well.

Warmest Regards,

Carol-lynn and Ian from sunny Llandudno :) :)

A great welcome from Carol-lynn and Ian on our arrival. They took all the worry out of parking as they had organised a space for us, making our arrival stress free. Lauriston Court is in a fantastic location, rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with amazing views across the bay.We enjoyed excellent breakfasts of very good quality food and nothing was too much trouble for them. A very well organised honesty bar was an added bonus! Carol-lynn gave lots of help and advice on places to visit and places to eat. All their efforts made our first visit to North Wales a most enjoyable experience. We are looking forward to a return visit in the not too distant future.

We are pleased that you enjoyed our honesty bar and breakfast.
Parking is part of Ian's role, it takes up a lot of his time but is all part of our customer service, which is very important.
We look forward to seeing you both again.
