Stayed here for 6 nights - rooms were very clean. Convenient location, within walking distance of M&S, the swimming pool and the Great Orme Park. Room was nicer than the photograph on the web site showed. Our sea-view room (#4) was probably the nicest room, had a small sitting area with a great view of the prom & water, complimentary coffee & tea, and was very bright. Room size was good for 2 people; for 3 adults (there was a double/single bed in the room) it would be tight for more than a short stay. I glanced in a rear-view room - also nicely furnished although a bit dark. The included breakfast was substantial, delicious, and had good options for vegetarians.

The now-I'm-being-picky cons:
1. Parking is available at the back but you have to leave your keys with the owners in case they need to move your car; it seemed like a hassle to have to ring them whenever we need the car so we found street parking close by each night without a problem.
2. Black-out blinds would be nice on the sea-view rooms; if you like a really dark room at night, go for the rear-view rooms.
3. Hostess appeared a bit stressed and slightly annoyed at times.
4. When the hotel is full, you may notice the noise of neighbours. Overall, it was fine; we just noticed it wasn't as quiet when the place seemed to be full.

Definitely a great choice for a short break in North Wales.

Spent one night here and it was fabulous. It is worth paying more for a seaview room as the view is fantastic. Julie and Nick were very helpful despite being busy. Breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from. The rooms are not large but for a short break are adequate and the bathroom is also small, however everything else made up for it. Will stay there again on our next visit.

We had three rooms at the Lauriston Court Hotel - myself, husband and four year old daughter, my mum and dad, and my brother and his partner. Nick and Julie couldn't have been more helpful. They carried my parents' luggage up to their room, arranged for wine and chocolates to be left in my parents' room (it was their anniversary), and were generally very friendly. The hotel is beautiful - clean and nicely decorated and the breakfasts were really good too.

We stayed for one night at the Lauriston Court on Saturday night and it proved a lovely experience. My wife and I stayed with our 2 children (4 and 1) and even though when we booked at short notice and the family rooms were booked out we were told a fold up bed could be put in our room and we also took along our travel cot.

On arrival the owner Nick kindly gave us his parking permit and we parked bang outside, although there is also limited parking at the rear of the property.

The location is ecellent and bang opposite the pier. Our room was very grand and my wife particularly loved the light fiing. The room was spacious and spotless.

Breakfast next morning was lovely and you could tell was freshly made.

Overall would definately recommend and we will return. The room, service and breakfast were all excellent.

The service was fantastic! The owners, Nick and Julie, were very helpful including the 2 ladies who were helping out at their establishment. We also had the pleasure of meeting their children and also their parents who were most warm and kind. It was our first time there and we had alot of questions but they were very patient and had tried to help answer them the bet they could, The other thing I would like to highlight is the breakfast. It was great tasting freshly-made breakfast every morning.

My husband and I stayed for only one night but wish we had booked for longer. The hotel is a perfect location and the rooms are very tastefully furnished, some with great sea views. Breakfast was fab and staff were very helpful. There's even residents only parking!
