3 of my family stayed at the broadway for a long weekend at the end of July and a great stay we had. We ordered 3 single rooms through booking.com. Read all the reviews here and they were all so positive we decided to book. A great decision. The hotel is only just off the sea front and rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for us - even let me store my mothers disabled scooter in reception rather than lug it up to her room.

I am a volunteer at the Merseyside Tuesday Club Liverpool (for adults with Learning disabilities) and we have just returned from a week's stay at The Broadway.

We had a great time at the Broadway, Mark and Sheryl the owners were very accomodating to our group and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and it was nice that they made an effort to get to know all our names. We were particularly touched by the efforts they went to on the final night when it was one of our group's birthday and they decorated the dining room with birthday banners and balloons. The group had a great time with the entertainer Chris on two nights too.

Thank you, I am sure we will be back!

With a wheelchair using grandmother with Alzheimer's and diabetes, a dog, a wetsuit, and two bicycles, I knew it wasn't going to be easy to find suitable accommodation!

But the management and staff at the Broadway could literally not have been more helpful and understanding. I have nothing but praise for them. They were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the town/area.

The two rooms we had (family and a single) were clean and furnished with a classic yet modern touch. The building is obviously quite old, but this gives it charm, and the most has been made of it.

Food - I'd urge you to try dinner at least once, as the chef serves up classic dishes with some nice modern touches. Always ordered in fresh that day, apparently. Breakfast was as nice as anywhere I've been, with the usual spread of choices including croissants and pastries. Great coffee in sensibly large cappuccino cups.

Location - Being set a little back (2mins walk, if that) from the seafront was great as there was equally easy access to town and sea. It was sheltered more from the wind than the seafront too. The pier, the Great Orme, etc. are easily reached from the location. The newer shopping centre has a quiet side access just across the road for the big shops.

One thing to bear in mind for disabled access is the small flight of stairs at the front. Worth checking photos to see if suitable. Once inside, there is a lift, and the hotel is on a level with the seafront and a large part of town.

I can't believe this is apparently two star, should easily be three. Thoroughly recommended.

Room Tip: There is a lift to some (all?) floors, +seaview from some

I stayed for 3 nights at The Broadway and the owners could not have been kinder. I was travelling with my labrador, who was warmly welcomed. My room was clean and comfortable and had a lovely big bath with lashings of hot water and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent, cooked & served beautifully, in a really nice dining room. Altogether an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the owners Sharron and Mark made me feel like I was the only person in this hotel, The room was comfortable, the bathroom was small but it serve the purpose, the location was fantastic. The breakfast was very good (If you like to eat a lot). Area were the hotel is located is very safe, many stores and many things to do. The price for the hotel was fine compared to others in the area. Employees in the hotel were friendly and kind. Suggestion change the curtains and put screens on the windows.
