If the entry fee were a lot higher - 2.50, I would say it was not worth it but at that price you would have to be very precious not to find plenty to enjoy. The children - 4 and 3 years loved it all. There were ingenious methods of feeding the goats - a conveyor belt wound up to the goats standing on a tower, who took the food from little buckets on the belt. Our little boy loved winding the belt round and round. There is a very comprehensive play area as well as, ponies, lamas, sheep, pigs, birds, rabbits and guinea pigs. The picnic area with the tractors to sit on was a big hit too. The route is well marked and the going easy. Plenty of free parking with overflow parking over the road. The farm shop is good and the garden centre reliable. I have bought plants and vegetables here all of which have been of good quality. There is obviously a lot of improvement going on, but the dump trucks and diggers proved a big hit too. The restaurant is good but quite pricey. A fun and informative 2 hours were spent here.
