“Best Pizza in Suffolk”
Reviewed 27 December 2013

You could be forgiven for never having heard of the Pizza Loft, almost nobody I mention it to knows it exists, but once you try it you'll be going back.

It's run pretty much as a One man operation and is usually only open Thursday to Saturday. It sits just above the Motorbike Shop on Foxhall road if you're looking for it. The restaurant itself is small, rustic and probably only seats about 25 people at the most. It also doesn't have a license so you can take your own alcohol, although they ask you don't take Soft drinks in with you.

The atmosphere is always great and buzzing but the food is the real star of the show. All the Pizzas are hand made fresh and the toppings are amazing (No idea where he gets his Cheese from, but it's the best). The starters are just as good, the fresh Bruschetta always being a winner, and if you have room, the Tiramisu is excellent, as is the Apple Pie if you're lucky enough to go on a night when one has been made. The menu is a simple affair so don't be expecting a huge choice, they do Pizza and they do it perfectly. It won't break the bank either, If everyone has 3 courses and a drink, it'll still be well under £20 a head with the Pizzas being around £10 each.

I can't recommend the place enough, perfect for Families, couples, friends, every occasion really!

Great, cheap night out, friendly and good value. My wife thought her pizza was a bit wet but I thought mine was great.

“Great authentic pizzas & pasta”
Reviewed 26 February 2013 via mobile

A little local gem. Small restaurant that serves authentic fresh pizza & pasta. The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating.
It reminds me of a little back street italian restaurant, simple, excellent food.
Bring your own booze - makes for a cheap night out!
