We really didn't know about this place until we saw the advertisment in the land train leaflet, and there we saw the entrance as we rode past on the land train.
We enjoyed our lunch here and could see everyone else did too.
The owners were very polite and welcoming.

This Tea room has the most relaxing atmosphere with it's hideaway feel down their alley way entrance from one of the Old Poole road sides and with it's excellent range of high quality food choices and a plethora of drinks options it can only get better with a good level of service, which it also does very well to give an absolutely enjoyable experience that will certainly be experienced again! Keep up the good service, food, drink & atmosphere!

These are a lovely little Tea Rooms - complete with a 'secret' courtyard garden in good weather. Lee & Kris Whalley are entertaining and all the other members of the team that I've met have been lovely.
Eggs Royale is one of my 'tests' of a good restaurant, and this team pass the test with flying colours. They also "go the extra mile" - so 5 stars in my book.

Went here some time ago and really enjoyed it, so stopped off for an early lunch this time. Friendly and attentive staff and service, and a perfect sun trap. Found the menu a bit limited. Maybe some more simple basics would be good. Food was mixed - nice toasted ham and cheese sandwich but there's nothing worse than stone cold crumpets! I'm sure they get it right most days and it's a lovely hidden spot...

We were sorry to hear that you were disappointed on your recent visit. Thank you for some of your kind comments but it's a shame that you felt you had to mention the 'crumpets' - an issue that was rectified immediately, and subsequently given complimentary.

As the title says A Hidden Treasure, I have just taken my Aunt for a light lunch after some pampering, the lunch was well presented plenty of it & served by very friendly & attentive staff, which is something that you don't get much of these days.My Aunt never knew of its existence but now it is at the top of her list, whether it be for coffee & cake or lunch or even afternoon tea, all very fresh & great quality. You must try it, it is highly recommended.
