I took my 3 boys here the other day and was very impressed, they didn't want to leave. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and the prices were very reasonable too. I love the fact they have a disco room too and the the 2 party rooms are so cool the kids love them.
I would definitely recommend going there for a day out with the kids and also you can hire it out for birthdays etc.

Went to pirates and princesses last week with my 4 children aged 7, 5, 2 and 7 weeks and was very disappointed!! The prices are far to high for what it is, I also noticed when I left that I was charged £1 for my 7 week old daughter which I find ridiculous, what exactly do they think she will be playing with? the staff don't seem to know what their doing or care in the couple of hours I was there I didn't see anyone cleaning the tables which led to rubbish left on tables and all over the floor and the toilets were also dirty and could do with a good scrub!!. Years ago when it was ollies it was run much better for example the staff made sure the kids weren't taking the big balls out and taking them upstairs, the staff now don't seem to care!! If you want my advice I would steer clear of it and go to the ark instead

Went here today had relaxing time while my kids enjoyed them selfs ..they wven have a diaco room. nice and clean didnt worry about kids getting out as high security. Ladies toliets are beautiful love the mirrors how ever I noticed the nappy bin rather full but then again its a busy place it boud to get full up quick I did mention this to a staff member who politely said we have them empty weekly as it is bodyly waste that has be disposed of correctly and not taken out with the normal rubbish. Its nice to know that this play Centre cares for about disable and special needs children and take time out to make them feel very welcome . On reflexion it looks like theres goin to be some changes coming . I will be visiting again and reading about the party that was there I have now book both my children's partys xxx

Took my kids here and I was very disappointed the the standards of the soft area well where do I start, the seating area near the caffè was sticky the seat are dirty rubbish everywhere also with flies soon as you put a drink/food down them land on it, the the lady toilet there's a bin about 3ft tall and it fall to the top of use nappies. (We arrived at 10am and left at 3) there no way that bin could get that fall in that time that days of not being emptied, maybe even weeks! As nobody come in anymore, also the food is so over price £1 for one wild frube yoghurt when in the supermarket you can buy the some branded yoghurt £1 for six, no fresh fruit . I'd rather go to the ark it cheap, better, cleaner and more friendly, and nicer food
