I've been here a couple of times and I always order the same dish. The seafood pasta is the most sumptuous tasty pasta ever. I love it. It is my favourite dish of all time. It is well presented and the menu is well thought out. My only gripe is the garlic bread coming out In foil. It should be grilled slices I think. The service was great and the lunch time offers are fabulous. Lovely location and will be returning very soon.

There were six in our party made up of two families and we visited on a very cold windy Saturday afternoon. We hadn't booked which seemed to cause a little panic for a moment with the staff however this was easily resolved and sat down at a comfortable table with a superb view across the marina and over towards Brownsea Island.

We all ordered different drinks and meals and all appeared in good time without being rushed and all were prepared to a good standard. I personally just fancied something light and so had the Tex Mex Fajitas. The presentation of this was very impressive set on a thick wooden tray with the sauces suspended from the sides in steel ramekins and the skillet and fajitas in the top.

Our server was very attentive and engaged in conversation readily and interacted with the younger guests in our party too.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and the interior design and furnishings welcoming. The whole place was very clean and well maintained.

It wasn't the cheapest meal that we have ever had but we didn't feel that we hadn't had good value. I'd go again if in the Poole Quay area.

Worth a visit! Customer service is the best we have experienced through out our stay. Popped in for a spot of lunch on an early Sunday afternoon, was empty but was told we couldn't sit near the windows due to them being booked in 3 hours time. Food was great in big portions! Stunning views and a great atmosphere. Glad we chose here!

We visited this restaurant during our stay in Poole. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed our main courses which were fajitas. The food was beautifully presented and piping hot.
We would return if we are ever in the area. Overall very good value for money

Sunny day, four adults visited Banana Wharf in Poole. Asked to sit by the window to enjoy spectacular views but told as only four of us cant use a table for 6 by the window and even if we were given it the other four people just sat down would be upset as they wanted to sit by the window also. Shame really as food quite good, service slow. I could understand not being given a table for 6 if this restaurant was busy, but it wasn't, all through our meal the two tables in the window remained empty and guess what we wont be returning. These days you cannot dictate to customers where they are allowed to sit. Beautiful sunny day outside tables and chairs chained up, probably not allowed to sit there either.
