Description: We serve fabulous homemade food, locally sourced where we can. Our menu will change with the seasons and we offer a small select wine list and bar. We are set in an historic Grade II listed Tudor building which was once owned by a wealthy merchant, Thomas Byngley, who became Mayor of Poole in 1555, hence our name. The painted ceiling in our dining room is noteworthy and believed to have been painted c.1830.

Having been to Bingley's before and were totally satisfied we could not resist coming back when a dear friend stayed with us for a few days.
Like us he was overcome with not only the food but the atmosphere, the food, the service, and the whole ambience.
Although this Bistro can seat about 20 diners it is best to book as you may be disappointed if you just turn up as it is very popular.
Well done again Bingley's, we look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I along with two friends visited Bingley's on Friday 25th July, we were warmly greeted by David the owner, he gave us a very warm welcome, top class hospitality and the food was fresh, cooked to perfection by his wife Sharon. I have visited many restaurants over the years, this little place may be small in size but massive in quality and service at very reasonable prices. So if you want somewhere to eat, please try this one, defiantly worth a visit.

Great Food And Host, we visited on a Wednesday evening and ordered from the fixed priced menu, my partner and I chose different options. These were both very tasty and cooked very well. Should we visit Poole again I would visit for sure…………
