We recently used condor ferries from poole to Jersey and I was a little apprehensive as I am disabled (wheelchair user) and my son has mild cerebral palsy, learning difficulties, visual problems and sensory difficulties. As only my husband was with us it was going to be challenging for him to manage my son and I and the luggage for the journeys. I need not have worried as the staff from the momment we left poole right through the journey to the taxi were fantastic and very helpful. Would recommend and use again :)

Now they have reinstated the full day foot passenger trips from Weymouth this makes a great day out again, left Weymouth around 7 am on Thursday 14th and got to Guernsey in just under 2.5 hrs with a smooth crossing despite rough weather. Had a lovely day exploring Sark then some time in St Peter Port including a great meal at Christies, Vitesse departed promptly just before the scheduled 9pm and we got back in to Weymouth early with another reasonable smooth crossing. Despite the old boats it was in good condition and the coffee and duty free were better than last time. If they stop running to Weymouth it will be the last time we use it, really hope the new super ship service runs Weymouth rather than Poole.

Disappointing, very limited time inGuernsey. 3 hrs, Ferry took half hour longer than expected, long walk to victor Hugo house only by pre arranged tour at £7, not made clear on websites. Military museum in nazi re fuelling tunnels unsatisfactory. Long wait on board before departure. This trip used to be a full day ashore, not worth the effort now, hardly time to do anything except have lunch, not good for those of limited mobility either.

Easy booking online, with clear choice of times, routes and seating on the ferry. Easily accessible terminal in Jersey by foot with a good number of staff checking people in. Location in St Malo is again very good, being less than five minutes from the walled town.

Clean ferry and whilst, as ever, onboard food and drink prices are a bit high, its only an hour or so and I'm sure you can wait if you don't want to pay.

Would definitely use again.
