Excellent stay, staff were very good. Only one very small negative, a little far to walk to the Quay but staff were extremely informative on the route to take to get there. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Dear Mags09,

Thank you very much for taking the time to feedback about your recent stay with us. I was pleased to read such positive comments on the staff that you encountered. We are about a 12 minute walk to the town centre but the Quay is a further 10 minutes on top of this, meaning it would take around 25 minutes in total to walk to but I'm glad the team were able to assist you in getting there.

Kind Regards,

Stayed here due to proximity to elderly in-laws. The Holes Bay hotel is popular but surprisingly quiet. It has the added bonus of a refreshing scent of sea air in the morning. Restaurant is adjoined in a separate building.
The staff on reception were very welcoming/helpful, and (again) the Premier Inn internet booking system had worked flawlessly. We were pleased to note that the access to the hotel rooms (sleeping area) was via access control and coming/going is able to be observed by the reception staff. This gave a greater sense of security than other hotels I have stayed in. Ample parking, covered by CCTV.
Room was clean and everything functioned as it should. Mattress perhaps should be replaced soon, but otherwise a good stay. Internet was a bit slow, but the 30 mins free was sufficient to check messages. Ironing board and Iron provided on request from reception.

Dear SirGoogle,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your recent stay with us at Poole Centre Premier Inn. I was glad to read that the systems, staff and the room held up well and you enjoyed a trouble free stay. Premier Inn is in the process of rolling out a bed replacement programme that should see our beds replaced over this coming winter.

Many thanks and I hope to see you again soon.

Great location, and decent sized family room. Rooms and decor were outdated and in need of modernisation. The beds were NOT the pocket sprung comfortable beds as in TV campaign (not getting them for another 18months!) and were VERY uncomortable. At the end of the 3 night break I had very bad back pain.

Dear Mazzand,

Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent stay at Poole Centre Premier Inn. The hotel is due for renovation this coming winter, but we have replaced all the soft furnishings and are in the process of re-painting all bedrooms. I am sorry you experienced problems with our open-coil mattresses. Premier Inn are in the process are replacing all their beds to the new pocket-sprung mattress. As we have 57,000 beds to replace in total this process will take some time. We anticipate our new beds will arrive during the refurbishment programme later in the year (6 months time)

I hope that the disturbance that was caused by the mattress didn't spoil your stay with us too much and you were still able to enjoy your time in Poole and the local area.

Kind Regards,

Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and can say it was far better than some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in. friendly staff, clean rooms, we had a view of the harbour what a bonus. rooms are very spacious, Kingsize bed, 2 comfy chairs and coffee table. Tea/ Coffee facilities, H/Drier etc. Staff couldn't do enough for you, all a delight. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation. 15 mins walk into Poole centre.

We spent two nights here in May and were very glad we booked as the hotel was full due to people staying who were catching an early morning ferry the next day. That said, there was no reduction in service of any kind. We found our room comfortable and clean with all we needed provided. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was very good - eat as much as you like. I opted for the continental slightly cheaper one, and my husband went for the cooked option. Both offered a lot to choose from. The parking was plentiful, although it would not have been easy to walk into town from there as the main road into Poole has no pavements. It is only a short trip by taxi though. We found it very good value and would stay again.

Dear Sue S,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your recent stay with us. I'm glad that you had a good time and the service levels didn't drop despite us being busy. Just for future reference, there is a designated footpath through Sterte Park that will take you into the town centre in about 12 minutes. This stops you having to go near the Holes Bay dual carriageway

Many thanks
