Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Room Tip: We had room 8 which had a adapted bathroom for invalids. Suited us very well.

We stay at Premier Inns reguarly , but on this occasion the bed was very hard and the bathroom extractor fan came on automatically very early in the morning, and was very loud. It sounded like someone drawing a bath. For our second night a duvet was placed under the bottom sheet to give more comfort, and the fan was adjusted to be at an acceptable level. Staff were very helpful and polite. We were told that the bed was very new, and hadn't "bedded in" yet. It wouldn't stop us using Premier Inns again - especially if we can book well ahead and get a better deal.

Room Tip: Make sure you book well ahead to get a reduced price. No outside noise when the windows are closed...

I use Premier Inns because they're always consistently good and this one internally is no exception. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, breakfast was to a good standard and the room clean and tidy. Couldn't find fault apart from the location which is across the road from a sewerage farm!
There was a faint whiff in the air when I arrived and on coming in later that night a distinct odour of human waste. Not pleasant at all and it meant that on a hot night I had to sleep with the windows firmly closed which would have been unbearably stuffy had the staff not had the foresight to supply electric fans on request. As I said, great staff but who in their right mind builds a Hotel next to a sewerage farm!

We stayed for two nights in Poole North as we were attending a birthday party nearby. My partner is disabled and the staff were very accommodating to our needs and offered us an accessible room very close to reception and the dining room. The staff were fantastic, with nothing being too much trouble.
We requested breakfast and dinner for the two days and although the quality was fairly good, the breakfast was a little like a 'cattle market'! The cereals and cooked food was set out, in what could only be described as a corridor!...The space between the two areas really was not enough room for people to get around comfortably, especially on a busy Sunday morning.
Apart from this, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable except for the temperature. The staff were apologetic but explained that there was no air conditioning so there was little they could do except to provide fans. We couldn't even ventilate the room well as there are security ties on the windows which limit opening to a few inches. It wasn't even a particularly hot day, about 21C. Heard lots of other complaints about the temperature from other guests.
Otherwise no complaints about our stay.
