“Excellent Evening Meal made the Difference Here..”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 December 2013

We have stayed in many Premier Inns throughout the Country. You always, or almost always, "get what you pay for", and have a reasonable priced stay. This was no exception, and well placed for access to most of the surrounding area. What surprised me, bearing in mind that there was not the usual Beefeater, Table Table, or Harvester was the quality of the meal that we were served. The food was quite standard pub choices, but very well cooked, really nicely presented, and the customer service was great. This included being able to take a lovely desert up to our room!

Super stay for just one night, had room overlooking the water, yes a little road noise but not a problem. The room was well presented and I have no complaints.
The staff all very friendly and the receptionist very helpful for details of local area.
Did not use the food areas.

I regularly stay in PI's up and down the country and I would say this one is above average.
Modern rooms with everything clean, new and in good working order. On-site restaurant was modern and smart and offered a good choice. Staff were all friendly and helpful, service was good all round. Prices for room and food were very reasonable.
The one thing that spoilt it was breakfast. It was buffet style, ie pre-cooked and help yourself so quantity was not an issue but quality was. Most of the breakfast items were lukewarm at best and it had all obviously been there for ages - tough bacon, warm, hard fried eggs, etc.
C'mon PI Poole North, everything else is great but this breakfast is just not good enough.

What seems to be the usual v. high standard that we've come to expect from a Premier Inn. Due for refurb in early January, ( according to receptionist), which should remove our only cause for complaint which was the very intrusive road noise affecting our, ( and presumably all), other odd numbered rooms. Would have given it top rating otherwise. Usual incredible value on room rate for the standard offered.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Its great to hear that you had enjoyed your stay. We are hoping for all our windows to be replaced in the up coming months so we hope that if you choose us again in the near future that you'll see the difference with the road noise. Have a wonderful christmas.

We stayed at Premier Inn Poole North overnight on the 30th November.
It was difficult to find as we were travelling back from Monkey World in Dorset but once we found it we had a very good experience. The hotel is a little out of the way but its nice the staff are friendly the rooms were a little dark for me but very comfortable and clean. We took the dinner/breakfast offer for an additional £44 or £46 pounds well worth it. We only paid £37 for the overnight stay - We would recommend this hotel.

Can't fault this hotel. Only stayed for one night and booked well in advance so only paid £29. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean and the staff were polite, efficient and helpful. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and have paid a lot more for a lot less. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

I stayed two nights in this Premier Inn which is fairly new and located on the outskirts of Poole. Its immediate surroundings are not that impressive but the hotel is of a good standard as you would expect from a Premier Inn. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was large with a large comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. There is a restuarant which serves breakfast and a variety of evening meals. Well worth a return visit.

Room Tip: A room at the front of the hotel allows a view over the carpark.
