We recently stayed at the Premier Inn Poole north for 2 nights, Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th February. We stayed in room 334 on the top floor, a lovely big room overlooking the car park, we chose this floor after reading the trip advisors reviews and agree it was very very quiet. The room and bed were very comfortable, it all looked fresh and clean and our room was cleaned each day to a high standard. The bar and restaurant is called Thyme and although we never ate in the restaurant it looked very nice and was always busy. We did use the bar each day and really enjoyed this, it was more like a hotel bar and not like some premier inns more like a pub. A bottle of wine was just over £10 price was very reasonable.
If you want to eat out there is a Toby Carvery only 5minutes away by car, you take a left out of the road up to the main traffic lights on the Waterloo road! turn right, there is a Burger King there and you pass a big tesco. Store on the right. At the roundabout you can see the Toby Carvery over to your left. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the mornings, all you can eat for £3.99 once again good value. Although the weather was terrible on the Thursday, I trained all day, we still got around, good shopping at the dolphin Shopping centre in Poole and onto Bournemouth and around.
All in all, a nice spot for touring around, near to everywhere we wanted to visit, don't be put off by the industrial area around this premier inn, it really didn't make any noise or difference to our stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. Would certainly return.

Room Tip: Choose top floor for quiet room 334 was excellent

Cannot find any complaints whatsoever. A perfect one night stay, highly recommended, especially the cost if booking well in advance on the special deals. A room for £25 is unbelievable value! Can't be beaten!

This was a good overnight stay. The property is to the usual Premier Inn standard and the staff are friendly, especially The Taiwanese waitress in the restaurant. Breakfast was to a high standard, plenty of free parking and good value internet.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, nice room although bathroom a little tired, comfy double bed but single beds were not so good would recommend requesting 2 x double beds if need to sleep 4 in family room. Overall def recommend for reasonable price, great service, good location and friendly staff.

Stayed here on 30 October 2013 - knew it was going to be by a busy road but still not prepared for the noise. On arrival went to room and the window would not close - straight to reception who dealt with it efficiently and we were moved to the only other room that they had available. Unfortunately this was the roadside of the hotel directly opposite the road junctions and traffic lights where the 'boy racers' had a great time all night!

Did not try the food in the restaurant so cannot comment on this. If we stayed there again we would definitely ask for a room away from the roadside - even number rooms I believe!

Thank you for your comments in regards to your recent stay with us. I'm sorry to hear that you were disturbed by the noise of the road during your stay. We have recently in the last couple of weeks had our windows replaced and we hope that this has been beneficial with the road noise so we do hope to see you again so we can ensure you a peaceful nights sleep. Furthermore do ask for a room on the car park side as you commented to ensure that you are allocated correctly for the comfort of your stay. We do hope to see you again in the near future.
